In the development of Islamic science, there are many Islamic scholars who improve the theory to study al-Qur‟an, moreover they try to combine hermeneutic with science discipline of Islam. Basically hermeneutic is a theory that used by west scholar to read the text, and then adopted and combined by Islamic scholar to find a juncture of al- Qur‟an teaching with the development of contemporary era. Double movement theory is one of theory who considered by Fazlur Rahman by combining between hermeneutic with science discipline of Islam. In his theory, before applying double movement theory Rahman emphasize to do critical study on the socio-history situation of Arab before and after Islam come to Arab, in other to know interaction between al-Qur‟an and situation of social-culture community at the time. After critical study of social history then application of double movement theory, it is study al-Qur‟an in the past to see the context of verses, correlation between verses in other to know the differences between specific legal and ideal moral of verses. Then we have to contextualization the value of Qur‟anic verses to the contemporary era. This is a main goal of this theory, it is to find the juncture between

A focus on the religious degree of the occasion inadequately represents the participant’s active experience and has hindered the discussion of Qawwali in modern practice. Through the examples of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s music and an insightful BBC radio article on gender inequality this thesis explores the fluid musical exchanges of information with other styles of Qawwali performances, and the unchanging nature of an oral tradition that maintains sociopolitical hierarchies and gender relations in Sufi shrine culture. Perceptions of history within shrine culture blend together with social and theological developments, long-standing interactions with society outside of the shrine environment, and an exclusion of the female body in rituals.

Jihad term often used for things that are destructive by western scholars and society. For them, jihad is synonymous with terrorism. The similarization of the word Jihad with the word terrorism in the Western perception is strongly reinforced by a series of terror committed by Muslims in the name of jihad. These acts have been increasingly affecting the interpretation of the word jihad in a negative way although in reality that is not the case in a contemporary context. Jihad in contemporary understanding is not just a war against visible enemies but also a war against the devil and carnality. Even a war against visible enemies that are written in classical fiqh books has now replaced by a contemporary interpretation of jihad against the enemies, as was done by Dr. ZakirNaik. Sejauh pengetahuan penulis, sampai dengan penelitian ini ditulis, belum ada satu karya pun yang mengungkapkan biografi Asghar Ali Engineer secara kritis dan lengkap, baik dalam bentuk buku, artikel maupun dalam bentuk tulisan yang lain. Yang penulis ketahui, Asghar Ali Engineer dilahirkan dalam lingkungan keluarga ulama ortodoks Bohro52 pada tanggal 10 Maret 1939 di Sulumber, Rajastan (dekat Udaipur) India. 52 Bohro (Daudi Bohro) adalah sebuah sekte pedagang muslim yang berasal dari Gujarat Mereka merupakan komunitas muslim yang berafiliasi kepada Syiah Ismailiyah Untuk memberikan gambaran tentang komunitas Daudi Bohro, perlu disimak pendapat dari Djohan Effendi. Djohan Effendi menulis: “Para pengikut Daudi Bohro dipimpin oleh Imam sebagai pengganti Nabi yang dijuluki Amiru‟l Mukminin. Mereka mengenal 21 orang imam-imam mereka yang terakhir bernama Maulana Abu „I-Qasim al-Thayyib yang menghilang pada tahun 526 H. Akan tetapi mereka masih percaya bahwa ia masih hidup hingga sekarang. Kepemimpinannya dilanjutkan oleh para da‟i (dari perkataan itu berasal ungkapan Daudi) yang selalu berhubungan dengan imam yang terakhir itu. Untuk diakui sebagai orang da‟i tidaklah mudah. Ia harus mempunyai 94 kualifikasi yang ringkas dalam 4 kelompok (1) Kualifikasi-kualifikasi pendidikan; (2) Kualifikasi-kualifikasi administratif; (3) Kualifikasi-kualifikasi moral dan teoritikal, dan (4) Kualifikasikualifikasi keluarga dan kedudukan dan kepribadian. Yang menarik adalah bahwa diantara kualifikasi itu seorang da‟i harus tampil sebagai pembela umat yang tertindas dan berjuang melawan kedzaliman.

Two main theories of Islamic work ethics and practices are discussed comprehensively based on the Qur’anic verses as the ultimate source in Islamic thinking. The review includes the comparison between certain components’ implementations and the views of other religions in several countries. This reveals that each of dimensions are clearly functional in organizations. It suggests that Islamic emphasizes on commercial activities which denied the authors’ opinions on its’ teaching for not governing the materials aspect or success in business performance. The Islamic religion seeks to deliver the goodness to all mankind according to its rules and principles. The integrated system of the Islamic worldview encompasses all aspects of both worldly and hereafter- including the aspect of business. The Indonesian translation of Al-Quran is a case where many of the figures of speech are translated literally, thereby causing serious semantic problems. Thus, the research problem of this is formulated with the following questions: 1) How many musyakalah ayahs are there in Al-Quran?; 2) How are the musyakalah ayahs translated, literally (harfiyya) or interpretatively (tafsiriyya)?; 3) How many ayahs are translated literally and how many are translated interpretatively?; and 4) Which translated musyakalah ayahs have the potential to raise semantic and theological problems? The corpus in this research consists of all musyakalah ayahs in Al-Quran and their translation to Indonesian published by the Department of Religious Affairs of Indonesia. The research adopted a descriptive-semantic method. The findings of this research are: 1) There are only eleven ayahs in Al-Quran using musyakalah style, namely: Alhasyr ayah 19, Ali Imran ayah 54, Annaml ayah 50, Alanfal ayah 30, Asysyura ayah 40, Albaqarah ayah 15, Almaidah 116, Aljatsiah ayah 34, Attaubah ayah 79, Annisa ayah 142, and Albaqarah 194; 2) The musyakalah ayahs translated literally are: Aljatsiah 34, Almaidah 116, Asysura 40, Annaml 50, and Alhasyr 19, whereas the musyakalah ayahs translated interpretatively are Albaqarah 194, Annisa 142, Attaubah 79, Albaqarah 15, Alanfal 30, and Ali Imran 54; 3) Of the eleven musyakalah ayahs, only Alhasyr ayah 19 that is translated correctly and does not have the potential of creating misinterpretation.

Set all the creations of Allah SWT in this nature to return to His law. Islam is the eternal religion of Allah SWT that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). All previous celestial teachings are the unity of the divine teaching in various forms which are constantly updated in accordance with the development of the times, the world, humans, and the demands of preaching at that time.
