In this day of technical know-how, of highly developed, specialized fields, of control of once fatal disease, etc., man sits back on his haunches and boasts of great accomplishment and supersonic escapades into the realm of incredibility. When it comes to the simple act of faith concerning God's Word... man is baffled. The key to a ministry rich in the demonstration of the Holy Ghost is found in the first through the thrity first verses of 1 Corinthians, 12. Time and again, I am asked how I acquired -? How old o this Ministry. How Deliverance came about? is Deliverance? and so forth. The Deliverance Ministry N is as old as God. From the time of creation and when N time shall be no more. The Gifts of the Spirit are the nûeans Apostle, Pastor and Founder of the Deliverance Evangelistic Center, Inc., Worldwide 3 IntroductÍon As I evangelize throughout the country and abroad, I realize that now more than ever, the church-world needs to be more knowledgeable concern- ing the operation of the Gifts of the Spirit. It is shocking to note, many pulpiteers lack in recognizing this to be the means of perfecting the Body Ministry. We are so involved and preoccupied with modernistic approach to the Gospel, that we have by-passed the obvious, a life yielded to God.

I humbly dedicate this book to: In examining the operation of the Gifts of The minister preparing to enter pastorial the vineyard, the Spirit, the allegory between the physical body and the layman seeking to be an effective witness, the Church is often made. The physical body having and to all who seek God's perfect will. many members (fingers, feet, eyes, etc.,), each member having a specific function, yet all work with harmonious operation. The strength and perfection of the whole being is dependent upon the ability of all members to perform their designated tasks. Of course, the physical body can exist without one or more of its members, but it will never reach full potential unless all are functioning properly. The physical body is handicapped without sight. It is handicapped without mobility. It is handicapped without the use of hands, or the dexterity of fingers; without proper development of the mind, with the improper functioning of the circulatory system, and so forth.
