Do you have any good recipes using any of these? SCALLOPS RISOTTO AND CRISPY SAGE Fabio: Sage !! Sage is a great herb to use in certain dishes. In my Scallops Risotto and Crispy Sage I take the strong earthy flavor from the sage, 5 Herb Ricotta Dip and blend it with the scallops. Sage is strong, so it’s best to use it in small Cod and Bacon amounts : ) Skewers

Fresh Basil tastes peppery, and it’s a bit of bite to it - it has a little hint of pine. In flavor really shines in my 5 herb ricotta my Cod and Bacon skewers, Rosemary and dip. The perfect snack !! : ) one of my all time favorite meats: BACON !! Rosemary !! Rosemary is almost like Sure to wow your taste buds, and leave you if Basil and Sage were somehow wanting more. What can I say my recipes do combined. It has an earthy flavor with that to people !! ; )
