Mr. Sprung: While I don’t speak for the Board, I can assure you that they are going to study this. It is a complex question. We realize that from state to state, from territory to ter - ritory it is different, but the reason to start the discussion on the moratorium was partly to look at all issues involved and to receive feedback from the constituency, whether spe - cialties, group clubs, or all-breed shows. So your concerns certainly will be thorough - ly addressed.

The Chair called on the Chair of the Tellers Committee, Kim Johnson, of KPMG to read the results of the second ballot for the Class of 2015. Ms. Johnson: The total number of ballots cast was 394; therefore, the majority to elect was 198.
