By Air l Airports - Birmingham International Airport is about 45 minutes from the Showground and both Manchester and East Midland Airports can be reached in little more than an hour.
Accommodation l A wide selection of accommodation is available within easy reach of the Showground. Stafford town centre is just 3 miles away offering a range from simple B&B to four star hotels. Jurisdiction and responsibilities The Officers and Committee members of the society holding the licence are deemed responsible for organising and conducting the show safely and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Club and agree to abide by and adopt any decision of the Board or any authority to whom the Board may delegate its powers subject to the conditions of Regulation F17. In so doing those appointed as officers and committee members accept that they are jointly and severally responsible for the organisation of the show and that this is a binding undertaking (vide Kennel Club General Show Regulations F4 and 5). The Society will ensure to the best of its ability that the event is run to Covid Safe guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with national and local restrictions including advice given about non-essential travel in and out of locally affected regions (which must not be ignored) – in the interests of the safety of all participants this may give rise to a short notice refusal of entry at the society’s discretion. The Kennel Club will respect the society’s exercise of its discretion. RETURNED CHEQUES & UNPAID CARD PAYMENTS Please note that in the event of a cheque being returned for any reason by the exhibitor’s bank or that of his/her agent a surcharge of £20, to cover administration and Bank charges, will be levied against the exhibitor. Any exhibitor failing to pay entry fees and/or surcharges so incurred will be referred to the Kennel Club. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DOG IS ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY EXHIBITORS PASS(ES) It is most important to put your correct postal address on the entry forms. Failure to do so may result in your passes being delayed or not received by you at all. Address should include, where applicable: House number (not just house name), postal town, correct postcode.

ALTERATION TO SCHEDULE In addition to being advertised in the weekly dog press, wherever possible, any alteration to this schedule (including any change of judge) will be included on the Society’s website: www.thenationaldogshow.org.uk and Higham Press website: www.highampress.co.uk.Please make regular checks.
PARKING FACILITIES FOR DISABLED EXHIBITORS AND VISITORS A forward parking area will be allocated in each car park for the use of disabled exhibitors and visitors. Vehicles displaying the official parking disc will be directed by the car parking staff on the day.
CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES £45 pre-booked (for the duration of the show); £55 if paid on site (for the duration of the show). Space on the caravan site is limited and early booking is advised. Caravans will be parked in a separate eight-acre field adjacent to the showground and linked by a tarmac footpath. Facilities include a toilet block (including disabled), shower block (in main building and accessible 24 hours), chemical disposal point and a fire point. A woodland site is available for exercising dogs on the strict understanding that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and any fouling is removed immediately, as this is a picnic area. Caravans will only be allowed on the site from 10.00 am on Tuesday 21st September and must be removed by 12 noon on Monday 27th September 2021. Please note that each caravan will be allocated a space of 10 metres in width. All equipment, including awning, windbreaks etc. must be contained within the allocated space and individual units must not be linked. Although there is no extra charge for Caravans/Motorhomes over 10 metres in length it is essential to specify a larger pitch is required as spaces for these vehicles are limited. All arrivals should report to the Society’s appointed warden(s) who are in control of the site and anyone not complying with his/her instructions will be asked to leave the site. NB. This is a temporary caravan site more suited to self-contained units. MOTORHOMES/CARAVANS MUST NOT BE PARKED OVERNIGHT IN THE CAR PARK. All caravans must carry a fire extinguisher. ONE NIGHT’S STAY CAN BE BOOKED ON SITE, SUBJECT TO SPACE BEING AVAILABLE.

NO UNENTERED DOG TENT An unentered dog tent will NOT be provided at the 2021 Show.
SPECTATOR DOGS Spectator Dogs from 4 months of age may be brought into the showground. On arrival please report to the Secretary’s Office. A brief form must be completed and a fee of £10 paid. To ensure your dogs’ safety at our show passes will be issued for all Spectator Dogs and a fee of £10 per dog will be payable. We take security very seriously indeed and passes for all dogs are checked when leaving the showground and no dogs will be allowed to leave without the appropriate pass.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RIGHTS The Organisers would like to bring the regulation on photography and filming to the attention of exhibitors, trade stands, press and visitors. It is a condition of all those attending the event that no filming or other form of recording may be taken or made at the venue without express written permission of the Organisers. The taking of photographs in the show venue for sale or reward is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the Organisers. Press accredited photographers are provided with permission to take photographs ONLY for use in newspapers, magazines and internet sites – this is for news purposes only. There is no objection to the general public taking photographs of general views of 4 the show, provided that these are for private use. Specific dogs may be photographed only with the approval of the exhibitor. No photography or filming is permitted in breed judging rings whilst judging is actually taking place. However, judges may allow it to happen at the end of classes or after the Challenge Certificate is awarded. Filming and flash photography is allowed from outside the ring at all times unless the operation of the camera is actually affecting exhibits. However, if a powerful flash unit is used or it is clear that exhibits are being affected, a ring steward or the judge is empowered to stop the person concerned.
COVID-19 If a competitor, or anyone in their household, has Covid-19 related symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 they must not attend the event and should self-isolate in line with Government advice.
FOULING Any owner, exhibitor, handler or other person in charge of a dog is required to remove immediately any fouling caused by their dog(s), and/or any grooming waste, at any Kennel Club Show within the licensed venue and within the environs of that event including car and caravan parks and approaches. Adequate receptacles for the disposal of such fouling/grooming waste will be provided by the Society. It is not acceptable to “pick up” after your dog and then leave the bag underneath your vehicle for others to collect at the end of the day.
EYE TESTING SESSIONS WILL NOT BE HELD AT THE 2021 SHOW
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR Regrettably the Society has been receiving an increasing number of reports of verbal/physical assaults on security staff, particularly when collecting Removal Orders at the main gate. Exhibitors are advised that this behaviour is not acceptable and that it is the intention of the Society to refuse further entries where it is possible to positively identify the perpetrators of such anti-social behaviour. Please remember that any official personnel on the showground are carrying out their duties as per instructions issued by the Management Committee of Birmingham Dog Show Society Ltd. You are reminded that Removal Orders MUST be produced when leaving the showground for ALL dogs in your vehicle. Passes will be issued for Spectator Dogs entered at the show.
GANGWAYS Gangways must be kept clear at all times. Any obstructions including dog boxes left in gangways will be removed by the Show Management.
USE OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AT SHOWS Electrical equipment should not be brought to shows unless absolutely necessary. In rare instances where it might be required, it should be PAT tested and permission sought from the Show Secretary before it is used.
NOT FOR COMPETITION / SPECTATOR DOGS Not for Competition has been reduced to £7.50. To avoid excess handling of paper and cash, exhbitors are encouraged to enter additional dogs Not for Competition. Passes will be checked for all dogs leaving the showground. A fee of £10 will be charged for Spectator Dog, passes issued on the day.

10 RULES & REGULATIONS Vicious dogs are not eligible and must not be brought to the Show Exhibitors are held responsible for any damage done by their dog during the exhibition. 1 The Show will open at 7.00 a.m. daily. 2 Dogs will be received at any time but it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that exhibits are available for judging when required. 3 Breed Judging will commence at 9.00 a.m. prompt unless otherwise advised. 4 a. Exhibits may be removed from the show after their judging has been completed. b. Exhibits may not be removed any earlier unless by written order of the Veterinary Surgeon, Veterinary Practitioner, or of the Show Management and then only in very exceptional and unforeseen circumstances which must be reported to the Kennel Club. c. The Show will close half an hour after all judging has been completed by which time dogs must be removed. 5 Entry fees: Breeds with CCs on offer — 1st entry £28; Four or more dogs — £100. Breeds without CCs on offer, AV Imported Register — 1st Entry £16. Not For Competition — £7.50. All subsequent entries with the same dog — £5. Catalogues — £6. Similarly, if the Reserve Best of Breed, Reserve Best of Group or Reserve Best in Show is a puppy which has only been beaten by an adult dog it should also automatically be Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show respectively. Consequently, selection of Best Puppy in Breed, Best in Group and Best Puppy in Show must follow the selection of Best of Breed and Best in Show respectively. a. Shows Judged on the Group System - (Definition; Shows judged on Group System - Refer to Regulation F.(1).27.b (1) Best Puppy in Breed A Best Puppy must be declared in each breed from puppies entered in the breed classes. A Best Puppy must be declared from the Any Variety Not Separately classified class(es). A Best Puppy must be declared from the Any Variety Imported Breed Register class(es). (3) Best Puppy in Show Best Puppy in Show must be selected from the Best Puppy in Group winners. 11 Best in Show The dog declared Best in Show is a dog which has competed and has been declared Best of Breed, Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified or Best Any Variety Imported Breed Register. a. Shows Judged on the Group System (1) Best of Breed Where a breed is separately classified a Best of Breed may be declared but only from those dogs which have received a first prize in a breed class at the show. Where separate classes are provided for each sex of a breed a Best of each Sex must be declared. NOTE:The Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified/Best Any Variety Imported Breed Register award relevant to a Category 3 Breed will not be confirmed until the dog has passed an examination by the General and Group Championship Show Veterinary Surgeon. 11 (2) Best of Group Best of Group and subsequent Group placings must be selected from:- (a) The Best of Breed winners in each group (b) The dog declared Best from Any Variety Not Separately Classified classes in each Group or on each day. (c) The dog declared Best from Any Variety Imported Breed Register class or classes in each Group or on each day. NOTE: The dog declared Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified/ Best Any Variety Imported Breed Register from a breed designated by the Kennel Club as a Category 3 Breed is not eligible to compete in the Group competition unless it has passed an examination by the Show’s Veterinary Surgeon. If the dog fails to pass the examination it is ineligible to compete in the relevant Group. (3) Best in Show Best in Show must be selected from the Best of Group winners. Reserve Best in Show must be selected from the remaining Group winners following the selection of Best in Show. 12 Exhibits will not be admitted to Group or Best in Show competition after a period of ten minutes has elapsed since the announcement that exhibits are required for judging, unless they have been unavoidably delayed by previous judging not being completed on time, and then only with the special permission of the Show Management. 13 Exhibitors must not pick up dogs by their tails and leads when lifting them nor handle a dog in a manner which causes its feet not to touch the ground when on the move. This is not acceptable. Exhibitors should note that such practice would constitute harsh handling and reports of such practice will be referred to the Committee under Kennel Club Show Regulation F11. 14 All exhibitors must be familiar with Kennel Club Regulation F (Annex B): Regulations for the Preparation of Dogs for Exhibition. 15 All dogs resident outside the UK must be issued with a Kennel Club Authority to Compete number before entry to the show can be made. All overseas entries without an Authority to Compete number will be returned to the exhibitor/competitor. 16 Dogs in Vehicles on Hot Days: Your dog is vulnerable and at risk during hot weather and the Kennel Club offers the following guidance to help guide you through the do’s and don’ts travelling to and whilst at KC licensed events. • When travelling to a show please take a moment to consider whether the route to the show is on a busy holiday route, and leave earlier to avoid increased time in traffic jams. • If your vehicle is not air-conditioned seriously consider whether travelling to the show is a good idea at all. • The vehicle should be as fully ventilated as possible, and plenty of stops should be taken, with lots of water available to drink. • Ensure your dog is not sitting in full sunlight. There should be plenty of free flowing air around the dog. • When at the show, never leave your dog in the vehicle. • Keep the dog in the shade — take your own shade, for example a large umbrella and always have plenty of water available to drink so your dog stays well hydrated. • Avoid your dog taking part in unnecessary exertion, or from standing in exposed sunlight for extended lengths of time. Remember, if you feel hot your dog is very likely to feel much hotter and dehydrated, and this could lead to dire results. Please look after your dog’s welfare. WARNING: IF YOUR DOG IS FOUND TO BE AT RISK, FORCIBLE ENTRY TO YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE NECESSARY WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED. 17 Anyone whose dog is entered at a Kennel Club licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not put a dog’s health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. Breach of the Kennel Club Regulations in this respect may be referred to the Board for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Rules and Regulations. The use of pinch collars, electronic shock collars, or prong collars, is not permitted at any show licensed by the Kennel Club. This shall apply at the venue or within the precincts of the show. 18 Not For Competition entries will be accepted. Details of each dog so entered must be recorded on the entry form and must be Kennel Club registered. Regulation F.1.c: Only dogs of six calendar months of age and over on the first day of the show are eligible for exhibition at Kennel Club licensed shows. However societies may accept Not for Competition entries at their discretion and dogs aged four calendar months and over are eligible to enter Not for Competition at all Kennel Club licensed Shows. Furthermore, dogs aged four calendar months and over are eligible to enter Match Competitions. 19 No modifications will be made to this schedule except by permission of the Board of the Kennel Club, which will be followed by advertisement in the Canine Press wherever possible. 20 BEST VETERAN IN SHOW. There is no competition for Best Veteran in Show for 2021, but a Best Vereran in each breed will be declared. 21 The Catalogue will contain the owners’ name in each breed in alphabetical order with their dogs in numerical order. 22 Exhibitors will receive one free pass (not transferable) for each dog entered. 23 All dogs must be removed from the showground within 30 minutes of the completion of Group Judging on the first, second and third days, and after the Best in Show Judging on the final day. 12 24 EXHIBITS ONLY ALLOWED. No animal other than a dog duly entered at the Show will be allowed within the precincts of the Show during its continuance, except by prior permission of the Kennel Club. 25 Should any judge be prevented from fulfilling his/her engagement, the Committee reserves to itself the right to appoint a substitute. Exhibitors are at liberty to withdraw from competition, but no entry fees can be returned. 26 Should any question arise, not provided for by these Regulations or by the Kennel Club Rules, the decision of the Committee shall be final, subject only to appeal to the Kennel Club. 27 Every exhibitor shall ensure that whilst the dog is being exhibited, its handler shall display the correct ring number. 28 The owner, exhibitor, handler or other person in charge of a dog at Kennel Club licensed events must at all times ensure that the dog is kept under proper control whilst at the licensed venue, including its environs, car and caravan parks and approaches. This Regulation applies before (at any time during the set up period at the venue), during the event and afterwards (at any time during the breakdown of the event). 29 CANCELLATION OR ABANDONMENT. Entry fees will not be refunded in any circumstances where any Act of God or any other unforeseen reason causes the cancellation or abandonment of the show. 30 The Committee will not be in any way responsible for any claim for injury or compensation occasioned by or arising out of the holding of the Show, or by reason of the act or default of any person in attendance or present thereat.
DEFINITIONS OF CLASSES N.B.—The word “dog” includes both sexes PUPPIES UNDER SIX CALENDAR MONTHS OF AGE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXHIBITION In the following definitions, a Challenge Certificate includes any Show award that counts towards the title of Champion under the Rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club. Wins at Championship Shows in breed classes where Challenge Certificates are not on offer shall be counted as wins at Open Shows. In the case of a dog owned in partnership and entered in Members’ classes or competing for Members’ Specials each partner must at the time of entry be a member of the Society. In estimating the number of awards won, all wins up to and including the seventh day before the date of closing of postal entries shall be counted when entering for any class i.e. 13th August 2021. Wins in Variety classes do not count for entry in Breed classes but when entering in Variety classes, wins in both Breed and Variety classes must be counted. A first prize does not include a Special Prize of whatever value. If an exhibitor reports before the judging of a class or classes that a dog has been entered which is ineligible, the exhibitor may choose one of the following options:- 1) Withdrawal The dog may be withdrawn from competition subject to the conditions of Regulations F.(1).19. 2) Transfer (a) If a dog is ineligible for a class or classes as regards its breed, colour, sex, weight or height, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the equivalent class or classes for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height, or in the event of there being no equivalent class, Minor Puppy and Puppy excepted, to the Open class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (b) For an exhibit entered incorrectly in a Minor Puppy Class, Puppy Class or Junior Class, which is over age but under 12 calendar months of age, 18 calendar months of age or 24 calendar months of age respectively, the Show Secretary shall transfer the exhibit to the Puppy Class, Junior Class or Yearling Class respectively for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height and in the event of there being no Puppy, Junior or Yearling Class, to the Open Class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (c) For any reason other than the above, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the Open Class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (d) If an exhibit arrives late and misses a class, even if it is the only class in which the dog is entered, the dog may not be transferred to any other class. MINOR PUPPY—For dogs of six and not exceeding nine calendar months of age on the first day of the Show. PUPPY—For dogs of six and not exceeding twelve calendar months of age on the first day of the Show. JUNIOR—For dogs of six and not exceeding eighteen calendar months of age on the first day of the Show. YEARLING—For dogs of twelve and not exceeding twenty four calendar months of age on the first day of the show. MAIDEN—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate/CACIB/CAC/Green Star or a First Prize at an Open or Championship Show (Minor Puppy, Special Minor Puppy, Puppy and Special Puppy Classes excepted, whether restricted or not). 13 NOVICE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate/CACIB/CAC/Green Star or three or more First Prizes at Open or Championship Shows (Minor Puppy, Special Minor Puppy, Puppy and Special Puppy classes excepted, whether restricted or not). GRADUATE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate/CACIB/CAC/Green Star or four or more First Prizes at Championship Shows in Graduate, Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open classes, whether restricted or not, where Challenge Certificates were offered for the Breed. POST GRADUATE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate/CACIB/CAC/Green Star or five or more First Prizes at Championship Shows in Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open classes, whether restricted or not, where Challenge Certificates were offered for the Breed. MID LIMIT—For dogs which have not become Show Champions under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club, or won three or more CC/CACIB/CAC/Green Stars or won five or more First Prizes in all at Championship Shows in Mid Limit, Limit or Open Classes, confined to the breed, whether restricted or not, where Challenge Certificates were offered for the Breed. LIMIT—For dogs which have not become Show Champions under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club, or won three or more CC/CACIB/CAC/Green Stars or won seven or more First Prizes in all, at Championship Shows in Limit or Open Classes, confined to the Breed, whether restricted or not, at Shows where Challenge Certificates were offered for the Breed. OPEN—For all dogs of the breeds for which the class is provided and eligible for entry at the Show. VETERAN—For dogs of not less than seven years of age on the first day of the Show. CHAMPION—For dogs which have been confirmed a Champion, Show Champion or Field Trial Champion. Champion classes may not be scheduled for individual breeds or varieties of breeds. SPECIAL BEGINNERS—For owner, handler or exhibit not having won a Challenge Certificate or Reserve Challenge Certificate, or for those breeds not allocated Championship Status, Best of Sex or Reserve Best of Sex at a Championship Show. IMPORTED BREED REGISTER—For breeds confined to the Imported Breeds Register and only when an Interim Breed Standard has been published by The Kennel Club. Such breeds may be exhibited in this class, with the Best Imported Register / Best Imported Register Puppy being eligible for Best in Group / Best Puppy in Group or Best in Show / Best Puppy in Show as relevant. Such breeds may be entered into Imported Breed Register classes and/or Any Variety or Stakes classes, with the exception of AVNSC classes, for which they are not eligible. NOT FOR COMPETITION—Societies may at their discretion, accept Not For Competition entries. Societies may accept such entries from breeds of dog not included within the title of the Society and at Shows held over more than one day, such entries may be accepted on any day from any breed.

14 REGULATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DOGS FOR EXHIBITION F (B) 1 These Regulations must be observed when a dog is prepared for exhibition and/or exhibited at any Kennel Club Licensed event. Objections may be referred to the General Committee for disciplinary action under these Show Regulations and/or for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Rule A42. (a) A dog found to have been exhibited in breach of these Regulations will automatically be disqualified from exhibition at the show and from any award gained thereat. (b) Unless the exhibitor provides a satisfactory explanation for the dog being exhibited in breach of these Regulations then he/she may be subject to further penalties of either a fine or as listed under Rule A42. 2 (a) No substance which alters the natural colour, texture or body of the coat may be present in the dog’s coat for any purpose at any time during the Show. No substance which alters the natural colour of any external part of the dog may be present on the dog for any purpose at any time during the Show. (b) Any other substance (other than water) which may be used in the preparation of a dog for exhibition must not be allowed to remain in the coat or on any other part of the dog at the time of exhibition. 3 No act or operation which alters the natural conformation of a dog or any part thereof may be performed except: (a) Operations certified to the satisfaction of the General Committee. (b) The removal of dewclaws of any breed. (c) The shortening of tails of customarily docked breeds but only up to an acceptable age limit which shall be prescribed from time to time. (d) Operations to prevent breeding, provided that such operations are notified to the Kennel Club before neutered dogs are shown. Nor must anything be done calculated to in the opinion of the General Committee to deceive. 4 The General Committee without previous notice may order an examination of any dog or dogs at any Show. Any examination thus ordered will be made by a person having executive authority who shall have a written directive from the Kennel Club in their possession. Samples may be taken for further examination and analysis. 5 An individual has the right to lodge an objection to a dog only if he/she is the owner or handler of a dog competing in the same breed or class. An objection may, however, be lodged by an official of the Show or by anyone so deputed by the Kennel Club. It will be the responsibility of the individual who lodges the objection or the official (as appropriate), to substantiate the grounds for the objection. The Kennel Club will substantiate the grounds for an objection made on its behalf. 6 Any objection by an individual related to an infringement of these Regulations must be made in writing to the Show Secretary at his/her office before the close of the Show and the individual must produce evidence of identity at the time of lodging the complaint.
Take extra care in wet weather. The stewards will be doing their best to monitor and ensure the ground is as safe as possible. It is important for exhibitors to wear appropriate footwear.
The Attention of exhibitors is drawn to the fact that any advertisement for a coat preparation or shampoo or similar in either Schedule or Catalogue does not imply that the use of such preparation may not contravene Kennel Club Regulations for the Preparation of Dogs For Exhibition-F(B). This also applies to any coat preparation or shampoo or similar on sale at The National Dog Show. The attention of exhibitors is directed to the Declaration they are required to sign on the Entry form.
WELFARE OF DOGS — An exhibitor (or competitor) whose dog is entered at a Kennel Club licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not put their dogs health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. A breach of this Regulation may be referred to the General Committee for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Limited Rules and Regulations. EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE — In accordance with new Kennel Club guidelines, Exhibitors must display exhibit number/owner identification on their crate, cage or container at all times. Exhibit numbers must be downloaded for entries made online. Exhibit numbers will be posted for all postal entries.

The winners of each Group on the first three days are required to compete for Best in Show on the final day and £20 cash will be paid to defray expenses if they are brought back. Exhibitors must apply to the Treasurer’s Office for this payment before 4.00 pm on the final day. No money will be posted after the close of the Show.
EXHIBITORS PASSES - ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY You will receive your Exhibitors Passes at the appropriate time through your personal online account - **Not through the post** Approximately 2 weeks before the show you will be informed by email that your Exhibitors Passes are in your account + by SMS text to your mobile phone if you wish. Take these steps: Login to your account and choose the option ‘My Account History’ there you will see with your Show Entry record a line saying Download your Exhibitors Pass - click this link and your Exhibitors Pass will appear - print it - take it to the show. There may also be a Show Information Leaflet - print this. Be aware that the Exhibitors Passes are not sent to you by email but will be in your www.highampress.co.uk account ready to be printed off by you and used at the show in the normal way. This will be a great saving to the Society of the postal costs; envelopes etc. Exhibitors making postal entries will receive their Exhibitors Passes by Post in the usual way.
