The monthly meeting of the Parish Council will be held at The School Hall, Heptonstall J I & N School on Monday 6 March 2017 commencing at 7.30 p.m. AGENDA (This meeting is open to the public unless Members decide to exclude the public for any exempt or confidential item of business)

14. ‘Safe and Warm Houses’ : to advise members of this Calderdale scheme
15. Rolling Programme of Council actions : to receive a report of a meeting with Calderdale Planning & Enforcement officers (JS + RMG)
16. Towngate Public Car Park : to receive updated information on Calderdale MBC intentions (if available)
17. Widdop Road : to receive information re. traffic calming measures (and invitation to apply for SID monitor)
18. Damaged and unsafe wall : Playing Field roadside, bottom of Longfield
19. Heptonstall Forward : to note archive of records lodged with Hebden Bridge Historical Society
20. Staff Appraisal : to receive a recommendation from Councillors James & Dunford
21. Neighbourhood Planning : progress report (Cllr Slater)
22. The creation of a new Parish Council : ‘Stainland and District Parish Council’ : brief verbal report (The Clerk/Cllr Dunford) for information only
23. Reminder of date/time of next meeting : 3 April 2017 @ 7.30 pm (Monthly) & arrangements for Agenda items

Please note this meeting will be preceded by the Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting, which will commence at 7.00 p.m.
Access to the School Hall will be via the door into the link corridor from the school playground. Turn left and (using stairs or lift) proceed to the hall.
Parking will be available in the playground.
