I am so eternally grateful to all of you for your support, encouragement and faith that have inspired me during my time with you. I honestly mean it when I say that you have done far more for me than I did for you. Often at these times it is easy to look back at what was “accomplished”, but I prefer to encourage you to look forward based upon what we have built together and what still needs to be done.
