GENERAL DATA:

Packing | We can offer following types of packing: Standard 50 kilos net in single PP bag with one side single color screen marking (as per our above offer). We can also offer private label under 20/25/10kg packing of at extra cost and additional shipment time of min 15 days as follows:

 USD 10/MT extra for standard 25/50 kilos net in single PP bag with or without lamination with 4 colour digital printing.  This packing will load 26MT in 20’FCL.  USD 20/MT extra for 20kg Non-Woven Cotton bag packing with 4 colour digital printing. This packing will load 25MT in 20’FCL.  USD 35/MT extra for 2x20kg=40kg Master Non-Woven Cotton bag packing with 4 colour digital printing. This packing will load 24MT in 20’FCL.  USD 45/MT extra for 4x10kg=40kg Master Non-Woven Cotton bag packing with 4 colour digital printing. This packing will load 22.5MT in 20’FCL.

Shipment

 By multiple of 20’FCL / 26 MT each in about 30 days upon receipt of acceptable payment, from any sea port of India.  Additional 15 days for shipment for Private Label.  Additional 7 days for consumer packing. Shipment period to commence after receipt of bag design/artwork.  Partial shipments permitted.  Transhipment permitted.  Shipping Terms | FOB vessel, any Indian Port/s | CIF - Any Safe World Port

Sea Freight We accept buyer’s nomination of sea freight. Please advise Port of Discharge enable quote basis CNF or in absence thereof, nomination [9]

Notes

 Please request our offers and pricing indicating required quantity, packing and port of final destination.  India is currently world’s top rice exporter catering successfully since last 3 years by shipping out about 11 million metric tons of Rice – about 4 million tons of Basmati and about 7 million tons of Non-Basmati.  Pricing for breakbulk shipments/s with min vessel load of 12500MT or multiple thereof are available on specific request.  There are many African States that buy under breakbulk shipment viz., South Africa, Nigeria, Benin, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Ghana, etc. Nigeria is the largest importer of Indian Parboiled Rice buying abt 1.5/2 million tons per annum.

PAYMENT TERMS:

 30/70 T/T payment (30% advance upon Contract and balance 70% against scanned / faxed copy of SGS evidencing inspection done at rice mills / warehouses)  L/C at sight for full value, transferable, issued by a prime bank, confirmed by India advising bank and strictly as per our Contract
