The Many Club Con – - “Just fix it in prod!”

7th December 2019, Code Node,

Who are are?

The Many Hats Club is one of the largest online information security communities and podcasts, and we are currently the only officially partnered information security Discord. The Many Hats Club hosts various workshops, shares information, and runs meetups in London (with USA and Australia planned later this year). We have over 5,000 members; from CISOs/Heads of Information Security, Blue Team, DFIR, Law Enforcement, Red Team to Students. Our co-founder Stuart Peck (Cybersecstu) is passionate as it gets about information security, and has attracted and amassed an awesome and diverse leadership team to help sustain the growth of the community. Our community has been featured in Bleeping Computer and ZDNet, amongst many other news publications. We are a a truly global community with members from Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe (Including UK), and the Americas.

We also run a weekly podcast where we've had a diverse set of guest sharing their experience in Social Engineering, Incident Response, AppSec, OSINT, Defence Strategies and Hacking. Below is a sample of some of our guests:

The Many Hats Club is all about bringing diverse communities together, engaging in conversation, collaboration, fun, and knowledge transfer, this is what our conference will be all about.

The Many Hats Club Con 2019 – “Just fix it in prod!”

We are not just another hacking con; our vision is to be conference for information security people from all teams/backgrounds, where we actively want to encourage collaboration and participation, something the organisers have found missing from attending hundreds of events all over the world. We want our Attendees, Speakers, and Sponsors to be immersed in events, activities and debates around the challenges we all face in our working and personal lives.

We are running a full day conference focused around information security and, of course, our online Discord community. We will take what's best in the traditions of security conferences, both local (UK) and around the world and take it to the next level - in terms of content, interaction, organisation, conduct and experience for everyone: sponsors, speakers but most of all, our guests on the day.

Our mission, as mentioned above, is to include and welcome everyone to information security which we believe is a great field to work in and is always in need of new talent. In that regard the conference will be a fantastic hiring opportunity. We are currently the platform to go to for connecting those who are just starting in this industry with seasoned professionals willing to help and share their knowledge and experience. The conference is neither an entry level one nor it is an expert only event - it's about connecting both of those worlds. Now we are taking the step forward to a physical world.

We want to show that we can make a difference, that an information security conference can be welcoming to all; to our guests, to our speakers, but also to our sponsors. We are all on the same team. We want to welcome both the outgoing, extrovert seasoned conference participants but also all those who never dreamed of being able to go a conference like this and are perhaps unsure about taking the first step. Most importantly, we want everyone to feel safe with us whoever they are.

The event is organised around the following key elements:

• a high profile Keynote; • interesting, engaging and unique talks; • speaker tracks: two parallel speaker tracks in two rooms throughout the day, both tracks will be recorded and streamed live; • workshops: interactive, hands-on courses in small groups (one room), • a hacking village: a whole-day event themed with one specific topic, for example lock- picking or car-in-a-box hacking challenge with its own programme; • a mental health care pack: a dedicated room for everyone to take care of themselves, rest from the crowd and noise of the conference and recharge; • an unique Real World Capture the Flag: Blue Team vs Red Team vs Law Enforcement; • an after party in the same location. On of the above we will have various shorter activities happening through the day in the general breakout area. We will be providing a light breakfast, lunch, a proper hacker-worth food in the evening, plus soft drinks and token-based alcoholic beverages (the location has a fully licenced bar open 04:30pm - 09:30pm).

https://themanyhats.club [email protected] Twitter: @TheManyHatsClub We are also working closely with several community organisations and will have a dedicated team whose task for this event is to create, promote and enforce Code of Conduct for the conference to make sure that everyone is included. We will also have a certified physical security team on site during the event to ensure everyone feels safe and can enjoy themselves without worry!

We need your help!

No conference is possible without help from sponsors and we are no different. We want our sponsors not to be just another logo on massive banner, we want to build strong long lasting partnership and encourage engagement throughout the conference. The Many Hats Club is a community driven with the sole purpose of serving the community, we want to continue along this mission and ensure that our sponsor get maximum PR exposure, and value from the conference. We have 3 Tiers of Sponsorship (and a community level), all with benefits to each level.

We wanted to host our event at a self-contained venue and not a hotel for maximum immersion. This also gives us full freedom for branding everything, control over layout and what happens during the conference. For our sponsors this is a real opportunity to think outside the box, and we will welcome any ideas that you want to propose. However, venues like this come a huge cost, so therefore we require assistance to support our collective visions. We will therefore require help with the following:

• venue hire; • audio-video production, streaming, post-production; • speaker-care packs (transport, hotel), • catering; • an after party.

https://themanyhats.club [email protected] Twitter: @TheManyHatsClub We are open to discussing any arrangements of the above: you will be named as a sponsor/co- sponsor of the particular area on top of any promotional activities. We have also prepared a complete sponsor packs on four tier levels, those packages are also open to individual negotiation - especially regarding the exhibition space (within the tier limits):

Tier 1- Top (£10,500)

This is our top tier sponsorship, where you will get VIP treatment by the Staff at The Many Hats Con, have one of our tracks names after your company, with premium position of your branding not only in the room but also in presentations, handouts and in the sponsor zone. There are only 2 slots.

This tier offers:
