The autonomous diver program provides the knowledge and skills for experienced recreational divers to safely dive independently of a dive buddy. At the same time the experience gained in this course could strengthen your buddy team skills. The course includes an emphasis on on proper dive planning, personal limitations, accident prevention as well an understanding of as the benefits, hazards, and proper procedures for diving solo. You will also learn the additional equipment that is required for self reliant diving including its proper usage and assembly. This is the perfect course for underwater photography, underwater video divers and as a preparation for those preparing to enter into professional or technical level training.
