Citronic Citra Pale Ale (5.3% ABV) A very nice and light pale ale with tons of Citra hops. With additions at boil and dry hopping the citrusy notes come through very nicely on the nose and the back end. Bridge Bender IPA - India Pale Ale (7.5% ABV) This NW Style IPA is very easy on the pallet. With just enough bitterness and nose to keep the hopheads happy but the novice IPA drinkers coming back for more. Dark May Cascadian Dark Ale (Black IPA) (8.5% ABV) This dark and “roasty" Black IPA has a ton of complexity. The hop bitterness is highly complimented by the malt presence and the smoothness will make you think we wrote the ABV down wrong!

We use 3 base malts and then proceed to hop the heck out of it with 4 different hops, then dry hopped with a bunch more. This one is a real home run. Papa Gay Gay IPA ABV (6.9% ABV/100 IBU) This is our flagship IPA, a well-balanced IPA bittered with Chinook and Cascade hops. Then we dry hop it with Citra and more Cascade. The beer is named after a friend of ours Gaylen whose kids nick named him Papa Gay Gay and now he is Grandpapa Gay Gay. Boundary Bay Brewery-Bellingham Steady as She Gose Wheat Sour (3.8% ABV) Steady As She Gose is our first kettle-soured beer! A complex wheat beer with old-world funkiness and new-age freshness. Dry-hopped with citra hops and a hint of Salish Sea water makes this a truly unique brew. Cedar Dust IPA (6.5% ABV/66 IBU) Brewed with five varieties of big hops, all bred and grown in WA state, Cedar Dust IPA has a distinctive herbal pine, citrus aroma. The addition of Mosaic hops, provide subtle blueberry undertones followed by a spicy, earth mouthfeel. Smooth and naturally carbonated, it has a unique blend of malts (including a secret dark malt!) which provide just enough backbone to balance it’s big hop character. Dubbel (8% ABV/25 IBU) Boundary Bay's Trappist-Style Dubbel is a gorgeous, golden-amber color with a light tan head. Aromas of Belgian candi sugar, toffee, and pretzel greet the fortunate imbiber. At first sip, there is a light spice and very present earthiness on the palate, with toasted pretzel and dried fig flavors present, filling all the surfaces of the tongue with a number of flavors. Pilsner (5% ABV/40 IBU) Pilsner is one of the great lager beer styles from Europe, the cradle of modern beer civilization. Cask on Saturday and Sunday: TBD Dick's Brewing-Centralia Dick Danger Ale-American Black Ale (5.2% ABV/45 IBU) The Original C.D.A., Dick Danger Ale is a non-intrusive dark ale which defies style guidelines. A large percentage of black malt gives this distinctive ale its dark brown/black color and slightly roasted flavor. The Magnum hops provide a backbone of bitterness and large late additions of Mt. Hood hops lend good flavor and aroma in the finish. Dick Danger Ale is Dick’s Brewing flagship beer and is the first beer created by late Founder, Dick Young. The Buck Session IPA (4% ABV/60 IBU) This Session IPA was brewed with the warm summer months in mind. This refreshing session IPA is balanced, but hop forward in the finish. Representing Duvall’s 100th year in existence, we wanted to create an IPA that would reflect its rich history. Once upon a time, a large majority of the hops used for the production of American beer came through our valley. Our hope is that the well-balanced Northwest hops will pay homage to the days of old. Burn Ban Porter (6% ABV) A throwback to the ways Porter used to be made. The grain is smoked over a special blend of fruit woods to give the beer a unique taste not found in other Porters. Enjoy this with a thick New York Strip and you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. Triple IPA (9.3% ABV) A play on our Centennial IPA recipe, this one packs a punch. For the true Northwest IPA lover we did our best to balance the amount of hops to give you the fruity taste with a smooth finish. Nordic Saison (Burien) (5.75% ABV) Refreshing Belgian-style Saison brewed with Sea Buckthorn and Elderberry flowers imparts a slight honey and citrus flavor and aroma. Elysian Brewing-Seattle Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale Ale (5.4% ABV) Superfuzz is a beer you can get behind, with Pale, Munich and Dextri-Pils malts and German Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to bitter and flavor. But it's Citra, Amarillo and blood orange peel and puree that'll really get you on your feet. Never dance? We'll see about that. With a starting gravity of 14°P/1.056, 5.4% ABV and layer on layer of mystical complexity, Superfuzz is shining, streaming, gleaming, flaxen, waxen. Space Dust IPA (8.2% ABV/ 73 IBU) Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo. Space Dust is out of this world. Dayglow IPA (6.5% ABV/ 65 IBU) This is a beer with the insistent beat of hops, as driving and inevitable as a Full Moon party in Haad Rin. It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges, and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties. Hot Tropic Pineapple Habanero Sour Pineapple Habanero Sour The Dread (9.6% ABV/75 IBU) The Dread is an Imperial Stout brewed with pale, C77, chocolate, roasted barley, black and flaked rye malts with fifty lbs. of sugar. Bittered with Magnum and finished with Chinook hops, then conditioned on oak staves for a little over two months. Huckleberry Sour (2.8% ABV) A True Northwest huckleberry sour. The beer is light, tart and bright freakin’ PINK! It’s brewed in the (mostly) traditional Berliner Weisse style, employs a grain bill of half wheat and half barley, is soured with Lactobacillus, and weighs in at a thirst quenching 2.8% ABV. Add to this a whopping two-and-a-half pounds per barrel of delicious Idaho-grown huckleberries and you have the perfect antidote for these hot summer days. Cousin Eddie IPA (6.5% ABV/ 60 IBU) Cousin Eddie is just that, eddie's lil' cousin. The same Eddie recipe made with ale yeast, giving the beer a bigger body and fruitier esters from the fermentation. Johnny Utah Citra Pale Ale (5.6% ABV/50 IBU) With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Warchild IPA (6.2% ABV/70 IBU) Columbus, Simcoe and Citra... We used 3 of our most aggressive hops to create this bomb ass IPA. Back off Warchild, seriously! Ghostfish Brewing -Seattle Watchstander Stout (5.2% ABV) American stout made entirely from five varieties of roasted millet malt. Vanishing Point Pale Ale (4.7% ABV) made from three varities of roasted millet malt and four WA grown hops. Shrouded Summit Witbier (4% ABV) Belgian-style witbier brewed with millet and buckwheat malt and spiced with sweet orange, coriander and juniper berries. Hale's Ales Brewery-Seattle Cream Ale: Hale’s Ales, with its line of “Cream Ales” was the first craft brewery in America to produce nitrogen-conditioned beers. Cream Ale has a soft texture, tasty malt and hop flavors, is nicely balanced and easy to drink. Its nitrogen conditioning produces a creamy head that is as fascinating to watch form as it is delightful to sip. Currently, this is Columbus and Mosaic. Shed Stout (8.2%/40 IBUs) This is an imperial stout that was specially created for the Watershed Pub's 1st anniversary! Brewed with heavy roasted barley, this stout finishes a little dry. There is also a hint of smoke from oak smoked wheat, classic black malt, a touch of regular wheat, and roasted barley. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and Czech Saaz. The Watershed chose Hale's for their first collaboration brew and intend to do a new collaboration brew for each new anniversary going forward. Some will be going into whiskey barrels for aging and some of the batch will be turned into an oyster stout for fun-- did you know that both oysters and stouts were viewed as health tonics in the 1700s? Named for long-time Hale's employee, Bill Preib. Straw in color and true to the pilsner style-- clean, light, crisp, finishing dry. Made with Czech pilsner yeast and 100% Heidelberg pilsner malt. Hale's is the only brewery in the region using Heidelberg pilsner malt for a production beer! Hopped with Czech Saaz and American Tahoma. Harmon Brewing-Tacoma One Hop Wonder IPA (7.3%ABV/75 IBU) This version of our one hop wonder series was brewed with cascade hops. Five Malted barleys make up the grain bill creating an exciting medium bodied IPA with a little sweetness. And all cascade all the time for this IPA. Four Kettle additions showcase one of the most classic hops of all time. Creamsicle Pale Ale (4.4% ABV/20 IBU) We use special German malted barley to round out the grain bill in this clean and crisp pale ale. Palisade and cascade hops provide a balanced finish. Relax and unwind with this classic American style wheat beer, golden and hazy with the soothing herbal and floral scent of jasmine flowers which are used in the brewing process. Hi-Fi Brewing-Redmond Sitar IPA (5.8% ABV/ 56 IBU) This Northwest-style IPA is citrusy and dank, with huge hop flavor from Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade hops. We think it’s what the Beatles would have drank while studying with the maharishi. Tweeter Pilsner (5.4% ABV/25 IBU) A crisp German-style Pilsner with US hops (Vanguard and Mt. Hood). Just the thing for a warm June day. Peanut Butter Wolf (6.4% ABV/32 IBU) Our peanut butter brown ale features peanuts up front in the aroma, and the flavor brings a little graham cracker and just a faint hint of chocolate to the party. This isn’t one of those sweet, syrupy “peanut butter cup” dessert beers. It’s a medium- bodied easy drinker. Whitewall Brewing-Marysville Retread Red IPA (6.4% ABV/94 IBU) Retread is a highly hopped beer that is very well balanced with the malt backbone of Crystal60 and Chocolate malts. Bittered with Magnum and Columbus hops, Flavor and Aroma additions are made with Columbus, Magnum, Ahtanum and Centennial. We then vigorously dry hop this beer with 1.25 pounds of hops per Barrel. Ahtanum, Chinook, and Amarillo are used for a very pleasant aroma. Dirt Track Brown Ale (6.5% ABV/28 IBU) A Northwest style Brown Ale made with Rye malt, along with 2-row, chocolate, and crystal60 malts create a very nice malt forward beer. Willamette and Perle hops are used sparingly so that the malt can be center stage. Anniversary Ale - Barleywine (Limited) (11% ABV/53 IBU) An English Barleywine that has been aged in a Cabernet Barrel for Two months. This beer was made for the one year anniversary of Whitewall Brewing Company. Limited Supply only 1 1/2 BBL keg available. Very smooth beer and drinkable, hides the alcohol very well. (FRI) N^3 - Sour Brown (6.8% ABV/15 IBU) This is a northwest style sour brown ale. It was aged in a Cabernet wine barrel for over a year. Very complex flavors of dark fruits, raspberries, vanilla, and wine. Don't be surprised when you love this beer. This beer has converted self proclaimed "sour haters" to "sour lovers".
