Brewed with Vienna, light Crystal, and a touch of Honey malt, this golden hued IPA is aggressively hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. A big juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy hop aroma yields way to an off dry, pleasantly bitter finish. Depth Finder IRA (5.9% ABV/70 IBU) Depth Finder India Red Ale (IRA) represents a newly inspired NW style ale that combines the hop profile of an IPA, with the malt character of a toasty/toffee-like Amber ale. Deep russet in color and brewed with a cacophony of specialty malts, including a pinch of chocolate malt, the Depth Finder is aggressively hopped with Columbus, Palisade and Simcoe varieties achieving a superbly floral, piney nose with a resinous, bitter finish. Life Jacket Session IPA (4.8% ABV/45 IBU) Brewed for the warm, stunning, long days of summer in the Pacific NW, Life Jacket Session IPA will refresh and quench your thirst like no other. Concocted with Pale ale and Pilsner malts, producing a light golden hue and providing a crisp, clean and dry malt base for the Yakima Valley grown Amarillo and Nugget hops to emerge from. Abundant late hop additions in the kettle, whirlpool and fermenter contribute powerful hop notes of citrus and tangerine in the flavor and aroma, while bitterness remains muted. Whether you’re mowing the lawn, weeding the garden, hiking the mountains, or enjoying the water, stay cool and safe with a few Life Jackets. American Brewing –Edmonds Courage Orange Wheat Ale (5% ABV/15 IBU) American Summer Saison Power Play Imperial IPA (8% ABV, 100+ IBU) Anacortes Brewery-Anacortes Whistle Lake Weizen (4.6% ABV / 18 IBU) Our Hefeweizen is mildly hopped with Perle and Mt Hood varieties with a traditional Bavarian aroma and flavor. Locomotive Breath Imperial Stout (8.5% ABV / 45 IBU) Made with copious amounts of roasted barley, black and chocolate malts to be extremely robust, dark and full of flavor. India Pale Ale (6.1% ABV / 118 IBU) Our award winning IPA emphasizes Northwest hop varieties and features significant aroma from Columbus, Cascade and Simcoe. Cask IPA Cask version of our award winning IPA. (FRI) NorWA Collaboration Lager Ashtown Brewing-Longview The Truman-NW Imperial Stout (11% ABV) A rich and dark Northwest Imperial Stout with tons of coffee and chocolate notes as well as a large hop presence. Citronic Citra Pale Ale (5.3% ABV) A very nice and light pale ale with tons of Citra hops. With additions at boil and dry hopping the citrusy notes come through very nicely on the nose and the back end. Bridge Bender IPA - India Pale Ale (7.5% ABV) This NW Style IPA is very easy on the pallet. With just enough bitterness and nose to keep the hopheads happy but the novice IPA drinkers coming back for more. Dark May Cascadian Dark Ale (Black IPA) (8.5% ABV) This dark and “roasty" Black IPA has a ton of complexity. The hop bitterness is highly complimented by the malt presence and the smoothness will make you think we wrote the ABV down wrong! Pouring a beautiful opaque orange, this beer is juicy, unfiltered, and delicious. Organic Dawn Patrol Pacific Ale (5.3% ABV) Subtle flavors of pineapples meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of rye malt. Organic Ginger Rye (5.3% ABV) This beer falls into the “specialty” category and is inspired by a delicious cocktail called the “Moscow Moose”. (FRI) Organic Head of Security Sour Brindle Backwoods Brewing-Carson Logyard IPA (6.7% ABV/78 IBU) This IPA is made with 4 hop varieties, including mosaic and citra. Big floral nose and delicious citrus taste. Finishes smooth. Blueberry Wheat (5.2% ABV/20 IBU) Our Blueberry Wheat has a pleasant aroma of blueberries, but retains a crisp, light wheat beer flavor. Very refreshing and light. Clear Cut Pale Ale (5.8% ABV/50 IBU) Made with hops from the NW, Australia and Germany, this pale packs a brilliant hop aroma and flavor, and finishes light & crisp. (FRI) Double Cutt Imperial IPA (8.5% ABV/65 IBU) We use 4 hop varieties in this beer, and dry-hop it twice, giving it a huge nose and extreme hop-forward character. It is balanced with a slightly-sweet malt finish that isn't overly bitter. We promise you'll love it! Bale Breaker Brewing -Yakima Raging Ditch Dry-Hopped Blonde Ale (5.3% ABV/20 IBU) Named for the maze of irrigation ditches that flow throughout the Yakima Valley’s rich farmland, Raging Ditch Dry-Hopped Blonde will quench a drinker’s thirst on a hot summer afternoon. While on the lighter side, Bale Breaker’s newest seasonal beer is dry-hopped with two exciting new hop varieties. Equinox™ imparts the bright citrus hop notes, while the still- experimental hop variety, HBC344, provides a touch of tropical fruit character. Bottomcutter IIPA (8.2% ABV/100 IBU) Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color but is packed with citrus and pine hop character. This Imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra®, Simcoe®, and Equinox™ hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley’s hops. Topcutter IPA (6.8% ABV/70 IBU) Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Scotch Ale (7.7% ABV/32 IBU) Rich, full-bodied caramel goodness with hints of cashew, hazelnut, and toffee. Cascadian Dark Ale (8.2% ABV/72 IBU) Hop-forward black ale with delicate cedar notes, touches of chocolate, tropical fruit , and coffee. FOR FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY: CASK FIRKIN of Pineapple Infused IPA (7.2%/69 IBU) Assertive hop-forward ale with floral, piney and pineapple notes. Big Al Brewing-Seattle Brewer’s Choice- TBA Big Time Brewing-Seattle Icculus IPA (5.8% ABV/50 IBU) Brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and a touch of Amarillo and Cascade. Creating a Solid Citrus profile with notes of white wine grapes. Prime Time Pale Ale (4.5% ABV/30 IBU) A crisp and citrusy pale with a nice tropical fruit note and clean finish. Brewed with Magnum, Cascade and Citra. Bourbon Breakfast Cereal Killer (8.5% ABV) Brewed with over 10lbs of your favorite childhood breakfast cereals, 100 pounds of oats 8 pounds of chocolate and 4 pounds of coffee. Then aged in Heaven Hills bourbon barrels. This beer has layers of flavor in every sip. Can you taste the cereal? One1/4 barrel per day tapped at noon.
