How to get around by public transport

You can buy tickets for public transport at Ticket Offices (kiosks, convenience stores etc.) or on board.

Travelling from the airport Berlin-Tegel to the hotel Please take the bus X9 (direction S+U Zoologischer Garten) to the stop S+U Jungfernheide Bhf. There please change and take the train RB10 (direction S Südkreuz Bhf). Please get off at S+U Potsdamer Platz Bhf (A). There please take the exit in direction of Ebertstraße. Please turn left into Ebertstraße. Walk down Ebertraße until Hans-von-Bülow-Straße. There turn left into Hans-von-Bülow-Straße. At the end of the street turn right into Auguste- Hauschner-Straße. You will find the hotel (B) on the right side.

Alternatively you can take the bus TXL (direction S+U Alexanderplatz via Hauptbahnhof) until S+U Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and thereafter please take the bus M41 (direction Sonnenallee/ Baumschulenstr.) to S Potsdamer Platz Bhf/Voßstr.

Travelling from the airport Berlin-Schönefeld to the hotel At the airport, please go to bus stop Schönefeld SXF and take the bus X7 (direction U Rudow), or the bus 171 (direction U Hermannplatz) until the stop U Rudow. After that, please take the subway line U7 (direction S+U Rathaus Spandau) to U Mehringdamm. Please change the line and take the line U6 (direction U Alt-Tegel) and get off at U Kochstr./ Checkpoint Charlie (C). Alternatively please walk to the city train stop Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld, and there please take the city train line S45 (direction Birkenwerder) and get off at S+U Tempelhof. From there please take the subway line U6 (direction Alt-Tegel) to U Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie (C). Moreover, you can also take the city train S9 (direction Bernau) from the airport station Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld and get off at Ostkreuz. There, please change the line and take the line S7 (direction Potsdam Hauptbahnhof) or S5 (direction Spandau) to S+U Friedrichstraße. Alternatively, please take the regional train RB 14 (direction Nauen), or RE7 (direction Dessau) until station S+U Bahnhof Friedrichstraße. From there, please take the subway line U6 (direction Alt-Mariendorf) and get off at stop U Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie (C).

Take the exit in the direction of Kochstraße. Turn left into Kochstraße. At the end of the street please turn right into Wilhelmstraße. Please walk down Wilhelmstraße until Voßstraße. There, turn left into Voßstraße and walk down Voßstraße until Ebertstraße. Please cross Ebertstraße and walk down Hans-von-Bülow-Straße. At the end of the street turn right into Auguste-Hauschner-Straße. You will find the hotel (B) on the right side. (approx. 17 mintues walking distance).

Travelling from Berlin central station to the hotel

From Berlin central station please take the city train S75 (direction Wartenberg), S7 (direction Ahrensfelde), or S5 (direction Strausberg Nord) until the stop S+U Friedrichstraße. There, please change and take the subway line U6 (direction Alt- Mariendorf) to U Kochstraße /Check-point Charlie (C).

Travelling from airport Berlin-Tegel to the dbb forum Berlin At the airport, please take the bus TXL (direction S+U Alexanderplatz via Hauptbahnhof) and get off at S Beusselstraße. There change to the city train and take line S45 (direction S Birkenwerder), or, alternatively, the (Ringbahn) line S41 and get off at stop S+U Wedding. There, please take the subway line U6 (direction Alt-Mariendorf) until stop U Französische Straße (D). From there, please walk to the dbb Forum (E), which is located on the right side of the street (approx. 135 meters walking distance). You can also take the bus TXL (direction S+U Alexanderplatz via Hauptbahnhof) and get off at the stop Unter den Linden/Friedrichstr. Please turn right and walk to the street Friedrichstraße. Follow the street until you reach the dbb Forum (E) (approx. 180 meters walking distance).

Alternatively, you can walk by foot. Therefore, at the hotel (B), please turn left into Hans- von-Bülow-Straße. Walk down Hans-von-Bülow-Straße until Ebertstraße. Please turn left into Ebertstraße and walk down Ebertstraße until Hannah-Arendt-Straße. Turn right into Hannah-Arendt-Straße and walk down Hannah-Arendt Straße. At the end of Hannah Arendt-Straße please please follow Französische Straße. You will find the dbb Forum (D) on you left side. (approx. 14 minutes walking distance)

How to get from the cultural venue to the hotel

FORUM Factory, Besselstraße 13, 10969 Berlin, phone: +49 (0)30 25292291 In front of Forum Factory (G) turn right into Besselstraße. At the end of Besselstraße turn right into Friedrichstraße and go to the subway station U Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie (C). There please take the subway line U6 (direction Alt-Tegel) until U Stadtmitte (F). There please change line and take line U2 (direction Ruhleben) get off at S+U Potsdamer Platz Bhf (A).

Alternatively you can walk by foot. At FORUM Factory (G) turn right into Besselstraße. At The end of Besselstraße turn right into Friedrichstraße, then turn left into Puttkammerstraße. At the end of Puttkammerstraße turn right into Wilhelmstraße. Go straight ahead until Voßstraße. There, turn left into Voßstraße. At the end of Voßstraße you will find the Mariott Hotel Berlin (B). (approx. 20 minutes walking distance)
