The official conference language is English. No simultaneous translation provided.

Registration desk

The conference registration desk will be located on the third floor of the meeting venue “DIW Berlin” and opens at 10:00 o’clock. The staff at the registration desk will be pleased to assist you with all your enquiries.

Name badge

At the registration desk, each participant will receive a name badge after signing.

Internet

WiFi internet access is available at the venue. If you would like to use it, please contact the reception desk for further instructions. At DIW Berlin eduroam can be provided.

Coffee breaks, lunch and get together

All registered participants are invited for coffee breaks, lunch, and get together.

Travel to DIW Berlin

Arriving at Airport Tegel Airport is close to the city center. Travelling to and from the airport is easy. The airport is accessible via bus. Please buy an AB ticket at the BVG ticket maschines in advance or in the BUS. DIW is close the Metro Station “Stadtmitte” (e.g. take BUS 128 change at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz into ; or take BUS X9 change at Ernst- Reuter-Platz into ; or take the BUS TXL to Friedrichstraße/ and walk; other options are also possible). Arriving at Schönefeld Airport

Schönefeld Airport is in the southeast of the city center. The airport is accessible via bus and S-Bahn (train). Please buy an ABC ticket. DIW is close to the Metro Station “Stadtmitte” (e.g. take S-Bahn S45 change at into U6 but other options are also possible). Hauptbahnhof is in the city center. The main station is accessible via bus and S-Bahn (train). Please buy an AB ticket at the BVG ticket maschines in advance. DIW Berlin is close to the Metro Station “Stadtmitte” (e.g. take S-Bahn with the direction Ostbahnhof/Friedrichstraße change at Friedrichstraße into U6; or take the BUS TXL to Friedrichstraße/Unter den Linden and walk).
