This Annual Report provides an overview of significant highlights and achievements in 2015-16 and illustrates the contribution made by the department to support the Government of South Australia’s strategic priorities. The 2015-16 Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Public Sector Act 2009, the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 and the Correctional Services Act 1982 (the Act). The Annual Report also adheres to the guidelines provided in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet’s ‘Circular 13’ document, and as per Section 9(1) of the Act, it has been provided to you no later than 31 October (of this year).
