Graduate Audition Requirements: Music Therapy Program (MS)

1. Your Repertoire: Please be prepared to play two (2) pieces of contrasting style that demonstrate your highest level of musicianship. Please let us know if you need an accompanist.

2. Song Performance: Please choose four songs from the list below to demonstrate functional proficiency on voice, piano, and guitar. You will need to sing and play together and be as interactive with your music-making as possible.

3. Sight Reading: You will be asked to sight read a simple piece of music on either piano or guitar.

4. Writing Sample: After your audition, you will be asked to hand write an answer to one essay question regarding your interest in music therapy.
