While translators have existed for millenia, language services have reinvented and repackaged what that means, T something we will continue to see in 2011. To that end, it should be easy to find industry companies and services of all types in the pages of this Resource Directory, marked as in the past with blue side tabs. This ninth annual volume contains predictions for 2011 from Common Sense Advisory’s research team (analysis provided by Don DePalma, Nataly Kelly, Rebecca Ray and Ben Sargent), as well as a New Year’s wish list from enterprise GMS customers, aimed at the industry as a whole — kudos to Jessica Roland for helping to facilitate this. We also have news on Translators without Borders and ideas on how to help this nonprofit throughout the year. Tips on languages that matter on the web are provided by Aurore Claverie. These all-new articles are marked with red tabs. Buenos Aires, 2020 Resumen Dilucidar la composición de la materia oscura es uno de los temas abiertos más importantes en la fenomenología de partículas y astropartículas. Para ello, es necesario contar con un marco teórico de trabajo, y poder contrastar los resultados con experimentos capaces de detectar una señal proveniente de la materia oscura. Con respecto al marco teórico, los modelos supersimétricos se encuentran muy bien motivados y ofrecen candidatos viables a materia oscura. Por consiguiente, el compañero supersimétrico del gravitón, conocido como gravitino, surge como un candidato natural ya que solo es necesario asumir la existencia de gravedad en un contexto supersimétrico. En el marco de las extensiones supersimétricas mínimas del modelo estándar de partículas fundamentales, el ‘mu-from-nu supersymmetric standard model’, µνSSM, es capaz de reproducir toda la fenomenología conocida, incluyendo la masa y ángulos de mezcla de los neutrinos, dando además la posibilidad de encontrar señales de nueva física en un futuro cercano. Trabajando en el modelo mencionado, se estudió la detección en experimentos como Fermi– LAT de señales de rayos gamma provenientes del decaimiento del gravitino como materia oscura.

Abstract The performance of energy harvesting generators based on dielectric elastomers is investigated in this contribution. The amount of energy extracted by a four-step load-driven cycle is constrained by structural instabilities due to the loss of tension, the electric breakdown and the ultimate stretch ratio. To identify the optimal cycle complying with these limits, we formulate a constraint optimization problem proving the dependency of the generator performance on the ultimate stretch ratio and, moreover, a universal limit on the dielectric strength beyond which the optimal cycle is independent of this parameter. Produk-produk Hallyu tersebut telah tersebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia seiring berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Drama korea atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Drakor menjadi salah satu produk hallyu yang paling digemari oleh remaja Indonesia saat ini lebih lagi dengan adanya pandemic saat ini penonton drakor sangat meningkat tajam dari kalangan remaja . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak drama korea dalam pendidikan khusunya remaja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020 dan merupakan penelelitian kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara online melalui pengisian kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan etnografi. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa drama korea memiliki dampak positif dan dampak negatif terhadap pendidikan remaja. Dampak positif dari kegemaran mereka menonton drama korea adalah memberi motivasi belajar, mendapat pengetahuan baru, mengenal budaya pendidikan Korea Selatan, adanya semangat untuk mengikuti program beasiswa ke Korea Selatan, belajar bahasa baru. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya adalah malas belajar, menunda pekerjaan, berkurangnya waktu belajar dan istirahat, tidak fokus dalam belajar, kesehatan berkurang dalam menunjang aktivitas sebagai peserta didik. Berdasarkan data ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dampak yang ditimbulkan dari drama korea ini terhadap pendidikan remaja.
