When and why did you start gymnastics? - At the age of six, after constantly cart wheeling around the house and Tesco I persuaded my Mum to take me to a gymnastic class. There I was immediately spotted as a talent and began training at South Manchester Gymnastics Club with coach Helen Hall. How much training do you do? - 30+ hours a week. What are your ambitions in and out of gymnastics? - I would love to compete at the London 2012 Olympic Games. I am also aiming to get a 2.1 in my Sports Developments degree. What are the best and worst things about being a gymnast? BEST- Having the opportunity to travel the world. WORST- Having to give up a lot of your social life but it’s worth it in the end! Who is your gymnastics idol and why? - Nastia Luikin because I love her style of gymnastics and she is beautiful to watch. .
