Review and agreement of previous minutes Gaps VC pointed out that agencies’ intervention are usually concentrated on districts/areas near to Galkayo town hence district which are far from Galkayo town have less coverage. Hobyo district is vast and there are only few humanitarian actors on the ground. These organization includes IRC, CESVI , GSA, ADESO, WFP and few mushrooming local partners. The cluster encouraged and recommended agencies to extend their coverage and reach far and distant locations so as to reach and target people with far dire needs. The meeting was adjourned at around twelve past thirty. Challenges WFP registers beneficiaries on a computer using the finger print of the beneficiaries thus at times when recieving food aid a discrepancy ccurs when the computer does not recognize the thumb print. Registering beneficiaries through ONA mobile data system results in discomfort due to the waiting period as the GPS picks up the location. Community meeting centers are in complete because they haven’t been 20160630_FSC_SOUTH_MUDUG_MEETING_MINUTES fenced and lack sanitation/ darnage facililities meeting inconvinneincing the participants. 4. AOB The meeting was adjourned when there were no AOBs to be discussed. NEXT MEETING 30th August | ADESO 20160630_FSC_SOUTH_MUDUG_MEETING_MINUTES .
