Exceeding Forms A/B: Student is projected to be above grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is above grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Meeting Forms A/B: Student is projected to be on grade level after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is on grade level after a full-year of instruction. Bubble Forms A/B: Student is projected to be on the border of meeting grade level expectations and approaching grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is on the border of meeting grade level expectations and approaching grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Approaching Forms A/B: Student is projected to be below grade level expectations, but making progress toward grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is below grade level expectations, but is making progress toward grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Partially Meeting Forms A/B: Student is projected to only partially meet grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is only partially meeting grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Not Meeting Forms A/B: Student is projected to not meet grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is not meeting grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The performance bands for Forms A and B take into consideration that all standards have not been fully instructed at the time of assessment. These bands predict end-of-year performance with a high-rate of reliability.
