Form C: Student is on the border of meeting grade level expectations and ​ approaching grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Approaching Forms A/B: Student is projected to be below grade level expectations, but making ​ progress toward grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction. Form C: Student is below grade level expectations, but is making progress toward ​ grade level expectations after a full-year of instruction.
