2 Declaration of interests None.
3 Minutes of the Previous meeting The Parish Council agreed the minutes of the previous meeting held on 6th January 2015 as a true record of the meeting. Proposer HS and Seconded by LL. All present agreed that the minutes were a true record. KT signed minutes.
4 Matters Arising Members of the parish council weren’t happy at language and behaviour following a presentation made from the village hall committee with regard to proposed S106 funds. The clerk was asked to write a letter to the Village Hall committee.
HS informed the parish council that very large potholes were present at Parks Lane. Clerk was asked to contact Highways re Shurtlands lane, Forches Cross and Parks Lane.
5 Finance Bank statement at 19th January 2015 was £8,601.74 No cheques were required for payment.
6 Planning Enforcement & S106 Issues
No planning issues.

Note: KT met the village Hall committee personally with regard to the Village Hall committee letter. 8 NALC Transparency code KT had organized a Brendon Hill Group meeting at Raleigh’s Cross on Thursday April 9th.
9 Village Seat PR had emailed the clerk with prices from Monkton Elms Nursery – matter on-going
10 Parish Survey No update
11 Update from WSDC/SCC FN indicated that SCC have not raised the county element of the council tax. £400M capital projects on-going including work at Wiveliscombe. Muchelney road was raised up because of Somerset levels flooding. It was done in 6 months at a cost of £1.2M. WSDC will be increasing its section of the Council tax by 1.99% which equates to about 5p/wk. The district council will be cutting the support to local groups very slightly. Rural rate relief remains unchanged.

12 Future Business KT has arranged two meetings, one meeting to discuss the Lengthsman Scheme with Clatworthy PC, Upton PC and Skilgate group on Thursday 19th March. Second meeting on Thursday 9th April for SALC to explain the transparency code. Both meetings to be held at Raleigh’s Cross at .30pm.
