DUE to minimal rainfall, water level at Angat Dam, the main source of Metro Manila's water, has been on the decline for the last three days, according to the Phil- ippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Ad- ministration. PAGASA said Angat's water level was at 161.22 meters as of 6 a.m. yesterday, down by .23 meters from last Saturday's mark.
