Volume 5, issue 2, 2016 e-ISSN: 1857-8187 p-ISSN: 1857-8179 Research Article Folkloristics National Folk Festival Gjirokastër, 2015 and Keywords: national folk festival, folk music, the cultivated musical creativity cultivated creativity, Albanian composers. Armira Kapxhiu Centre for Albanological Studies, Tirana, Albania. Abstract Folklore is a particularly important factor in determining the national identity of the people. Based on this observation, the artistic part of our people‟s spiritual heritage of our people and in the case of this paper choreographic and musical folklore, as a collective product of the anonymous individual strandsisan inalienable property of all Albanians wherever they live. Albanian folklore represenst an early vital tradition, durable and rich. It is not "terra icognita" because it is not made of atrophied and lifeless waste. Our folklore also is not a reminder of the past, but is alive and full of life, and day by day is practiced and emotionally articulated, being developed, enriched and grown along with the Albanian people. An important role to echoe the past and the present with the message that our nation has existed, exists and will exist forever, because it has a clear identity through its own cultural, artistic, historical, linguistc values, etc, which make it distinguishable from the other people of the region and beyond, have had and stil have organizations of nationwide events of this part of our people‟s spiritual heritage. Introduction Given that folklore is a life expression that evolves and is transformed with time, it is a mistake to think that these values remain unchanged, strictly original or simply a resource as they existed in the past, or as they were executed or interpreted in the past.

of the consistent struggle waged by the Party of Labor of Albania both at the Bucharest Meeting as well as the Mos cow Meeting of 81 parties in November 1960. At Bucharest, the Party of Labor of Albania refused to pass judgment on the alleged mistakes of the Communist Party of China or to condemn it on the basis of materials full of slanderous ac cusations trumped up by the Soviet leadership without allowing the Com munist Party of China the time and pos sibility to read this material and present its own views. At the Moscow Meeting, our Party voiced its views with revolutionary courage and before international com munism, openly criticised the wrong line of the Soviet leadership on a series of major issues of principle. The Party of Labor of Albania did not made any concessions on principles >and refused to follow the revisionist line of the Khruschev group. A series of documents published in this volume, including re ports, speeches, discussions and talks, are vivid testimony to this. Also publi shed in this volume are a number of radiograms and letters sent from Tira na to Bucharest, Moscow, Peking, and New York, which carried the directive and revolutionary line of the Party of Labor of Albania. The ideological struggle between the Party of Labor of Albania and the So viet leadership became more abrasive after the Bucharest Meeting when the Khruschev group launched a severe at tack on the Party of Labor of Alba nia to force it to submit and follow the revisionist line. At first, the Khruschev group used two main methods, threats and demagogy.

INTRODUCTION Preservation and cultivation of national identity is a fundamental human right. First and most important sign of this identity is the mother tongue. Learning mother tongue in school means also learning about culture of the origin and its elements. Preservation and development of national identity is difficult in living conditions outside motherland1, and this is manifested much more in younger generations, especially among children born abroad. Therefore, the school is the most appropriate institution to developed and teach-learn linguistic and cultural competence with professional care, therefore, this school is already known as Albanian School of Supplementary Learning in Diaspora. Curriculum of Albanian School of Supplementary Learning in Diaspora, primarily is dedicated to Albanian children and youth (students) living abroad. This document is part of the permanent aim of new generation awareness raising in relation to the language and culture of origin, as an advantage, and in particular their personal and national identity, while on the other hand, a support for their integration in the society where they live.

The spiritual inheritance of Albanians is represented by a treasure of values which with its dimension and importance along the history of the albanian people, have played an significant role in the preservation of the national identity, becoming this way an important element in the formation of the cultivated arts as: music, literature, coreografi or other visual arts. Folklore, known as: art of a syncretism nature; has an early old origin. It was born, developed and configured together with each Albanian individual through centuries. By using it, our nation manifested a prominent talent, an expressive spiritual potential, and great promotional abilities. Along with the development and shaping of the folk culture, Albanians, in late periods of time, have given more evidence of cultivated arts, where the most prominent are the cultivated artistic music. KEYWORDS: folklore, cultivated music, national identity, cultivation of arts. Different musical researches and works of several scholars in the modern times, through internationally accepted documents and reasoning, have brought to light important data on the contribution and precious

Mr. Dardane Nallbani University "Haxhi Zeka" Faculty of Arts - Peja, Kosovo [email protected] Doi:10.5901/ajis.2014.v3n2p73 Abstract The presentation of this study intends to provide a description and justification on the development of study program which will create (educate) performers in the artistic field of wind instruments. In the context of Kosova, this assignment is only possible to be achieved if the study programs of high education will be transformed in an appropriate manner and become a suitable segment for creating professional artists which perform successfully in actual environment. Therefore, the proposal of contemporary models for the specific educational programs for creating professional artistic interpreters will encourage a lot of young artist to be attracted to these professional artistic and pedagogical branches considering the great absence of qualified staff in Kosova. In this study, I will present a new educational programme "Artistic Education in Wind Instruments" in the bachelor level study which is anticipated to be offered in the Faculty of Arts of the Haxhi Zeka University in Peja, Kosovo. The main mission of the program for Artistic Education in Wind Instruments is education of academic depth knowledge and high skills related to the field of music, as well as to develop superior capabilities necessary for creative work, teaching, and research in various musical and artistic fields activities, including meeting the needs of society.
