On November 25, 2009, also at the direction of Richards Layton, I caused a true and correct copy of the Notice of Commencement to be served by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the nominees (the “Nominees”)2 holding the Debtors’ publicly traded securities (the “Securities”) in “street name” for the beneficial owners of said Securities. GCG also provided each Nominee with a letter (the “Instructional Letter”) with instructions to distribute the Notice of Commencement to the beneficial holders of the Securities. The Nominees (excluding those that employ Broadridge as their mailing agent) as set forth on the service list annexed hereto as Exhibit “B”. 4. On November 25, 2009, also at the direction of Richards, Layton, I caused a true and correct copy of the Notice of Commencement to be served by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the beneficial holders of the Securities3. Due to the confidential nature of the identity of these parties, a service list has not been attached hereto. 5. As an added measure, on November, 2009, I caused true and correct copies of the Notice of Commencement and Instructional Letter to be sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, on the approximately 2,500 brokers and other financial institutions constituting GCG’s proprietary broker database. This added service was designed to notify any and all brokers who might hold the Securities in “street name” (whether they were identified as a Nominee or not). Due to the confidential nature of the identity of certain of these parties and proprietary nature of GCG’s database, a service list has not been attached hereto. 2 GCG obtained the identity of the Nominees from positions reports provided by the Depository Trust Company and Broadridge. To effectuate service for those Nominees that employ Broadridge as their mailing agent, GGC sent the Cover Letter and the Notice of Commencement to Broadridge 3 GCG obtained the identity of the beneficial holders from position reports provided by Morgan Stanley & Co. 2 6. I certify under penalty of perjury that, to the best of my knowledge, the foregoing is true and correct. /s/ Marc A. Wasserman Marc A. Unfortunately illness meant that our President, Air Marshal Cliff Spink and his wife Caroline were unable to join us this year. Cliff was going to tell those present about his Spitfire (pictured below). It is a Mk XVI with a clear view canopy. It was built in 1944 and is very much original, still with the same wings for example. It is powered by a Rolls Royce/Packard Merlin of 1600hp. The aircraft didn‟t see active service but did serve on several RAF squadrons including the RAuxAF. It is painted in the scheme of the 2nd Tactical Air Force which was worn between D Day and the advanced into Germany.

Within the New Zealand financial service market, competition is deemed to be strong given that there have been new entrants into the market as well as mergers and acquisition and exits over the last ten years (Chan, Schumacher, and Tripe, 2007). In order to retain the customers, customer satisfaction becomes a crux issue to bank management.

April 15, 2019 Dear Members of the Media, On behalf of the Boston Athletic Association, principal sponsor John Hancock, and all of our sponsors and supporters, we welcome you to the City of Boston and the 123rd running of the Boston Marathon. As the oldest annually contested marathon in the world, the Boston Marathon represents more than a 26.2-mile footrace. The roads from Hopkinton to Boston have served as a beacon for well over a century, bringing those from all backgrounds together to celebrate the pursuit of athletic excellence. From our early beginnings in 1897 through this year’s 123rd running, the Boston Marathon has been an annual tradition that is on full display every April near and far. We hope that all will be able to savor the spirit of the Boston Marathon, regardless whether you are an athlete or volunteer, spectator or member of the media. Race week will surely not disappoint. The race towards Boylston Street will continue to showcase some of the world’s best athletes. Fronting the charge on Marathon Monday will be a quartet of defending champions who persevered through some of the harshest weather conditions in race history twelve months ago. Desiree Linden, the determined and resilient American who snapped a 33-year USA winless streak in the women’s open division, returns with hopes of keeping her crown. Linden has said that last year’s race was the culmination of more than a decade of trying to tame the beast of Boston – a race course that rewards those who are both patient and daring.

He was 83 and was laid to rest at Torquay Crematorium. Denzl was with the Tigers at the time of their transition from Spitfires to Meteors and we published a few of his stories about experiences with the new jet fighter in previous editions of Tiger News. Those of you who were at Duxford last September at the RAF ACE event will have had the privilege of meeting Denzl who was there with his son Robert. We also say goodbye to Jack Thornton who died in February aged 91. Jack was a Tiger between July 1941 (when they were at Acklington) and April 1946 and was a Fitter IIE (Repair and Inspection.) This was Jack’s only posting and when he was demobbed in 1946 he had attained the rank of Corporal. And to Sqn Ldr Peter Pressley AFC who was with 74 from September 1951 to October 1953 at RAF Horsham St Faith, serving as Flying Officer and then Flight Lieutenant on the squadron. Our collective thoughts are with the families of Denzl, Jack and Peter. Churchill’s Cortege. ID proxy initiatives across the globe An analysis November 2019 Authors Barry Cooper Laura Muñoz Perez Antonia Esser Michaella Allen Nolwazi Hlophe Matthew Ferreira Cenfri Tel. +27 21 913 9510 Email: [email protected] The Vineyards Office Estate Farm 1, Block A 99 Jip de Jager Drive Bellville, 7530 South Africa PO Box 5966 Tygervalley, 7535 South Africa www.cenfri.org i Foreword by BankservAfrica A transformed payments ecosystem is imminent in South Africa. Following the impetus created by the South African Reserve Bank’s Vision 2025, BankservAfrica and the Payments Association of South Africa, together with the South African payments industry, have been clarifying and defining a plausible path for transformation in South Africa. Beginning in 2017 with the joint BSA-PASA research programme that produced our 3-part study of modernization efforts world-wide (brought together under the heading “Modernising Payments Systems” and available on our web-site), BankservAfrica has taken a key role in providing research to the industry that it topical, pertinent, and applicable. In the last year, the South African payments industry has increasingly shifted its focus towards instant payments for the digitally connected economy, while addressing the persisting issue of financial inclusion in South Africa. Through extensive work done in the industry, co-ordinated and facilitated by the Payments Association, proxy and addressing services have been identified as a critical lever for adoption of instant or near-instant payments services. Proxy services allow payments to be successfully made using only an agreed identifier, such as mobile number, or a national identity number. By doing so, they remove much of the consumer friction currently associated with electronic payments.

It has often been defined by contemporary criticism, such as this assuredly rhetorical statement by John of Salisbury, or through the charters, acta, of archdeacons themselves, which are dominated by only the administrative processes of the office.
