Thus, it incorporates an efficient, smart and worthwhile system for the administrative processing, and the implementation of an online platform that allows the electronic processing of Leader grants, as a pilot project both in Catalonia and Spain. With this objective, the Association is willing to generate a competitive and specialised network of business, particularly in the quality agrifood sectors, in energy and forestry resources, in quality tourism and in pilot or demonstrative industrial projects or services, especially in emerging or leading sectors. In order to achieve it, the strategy is based on eight pillars. The most innovative initiatives or those having a larger impact in the previously mentioned emerging and leading sectors will be especially supported. All key stakeholders will be included in the strategy: enterprises, public administration, social agents and universities and research centres. Technology transfer and support to existing clusters will be promoted as a method of innovation. The generation of an entrepreneur ecosystem will also be promoted where opportunities for those who want to start a new business will be addressed, together with the existing grants and the financing sources. Also, and with the same aim, the Association will lead the achievement of a strategy and Leader to become a complicity tool in different projects, by using the consensus and co- operation between the different actors involved in the territorial development. Circular, social and solidary economy will be promoted. Strategic model projects will be promoted, including those pioneer experiences, examples of best practices and having territorial scope. And finally, it will be promoted the strategy itself to allow the Leader area to opt to other funds or grants.
