All offers made subject to availability - No further discounts PAGE Prices include GST apply - Goods MUST be collected/Delivery not possible on Sale 1 UPDATED: April 22, 2021 QUANTITY ORIGINAL BIN END AVAILABLE PRICE SAVE PRICE Dessert Wine Reduced to Clear Argentina 25 % ONLY DOMINIO DEL PLATA Malbec, Late Harvest 2016/17 (Susana Balbo) HALF LITRE (rtc) 13 £19.95 £5.00 £14.95 The Malbec vineyards for the late harvest are right around the winery in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo. The vines are all ungrafted and are on average of 13 years old. Lateharvest-style wines from arid Mendoza are incredibly rare due to the lack of moisture and botrytis at harvest time, and RED dessert wines are almost unheard of. Fortunately, Susana has created a sweet, ripe Malbec dessert wine that is both incredibly balanced and totally seductive. Lush and brimming over with ripe black cherry and plums, together with a touch of violets and spice making this an outstanding dessert wine. It is sweet, and 100% naturally so, not sticky or syrupy. This is indeed a virtuoso performance from the leading lady of the Argentine wine scene. This is an amazing thing. Further Reduced to Australia - South 30 % Clear ONLY D'ARENBERG 'The Daddy Long Legs' Tawny 'Extremely Rare' NV HALF (frtc) 2 £199.95 £60.00 £139.95 Wine Advocate #181 (Feb 2009) Jay S Miller - 94 points - "Fourth generation family winemaker Chester Osborn took over the reins as chief winemaker from his father, d’Arry in 1984. Once the keys to the winery and cellars were in his hands, Chester decided to hold back 15 barrels of the current blend of “Selected Tawny Port” a very old and exceptionally high quality fortified wine. These barrels were left to slowly mature and were only ‘topped up’ when necessary using only the same, carefully aged wine. The barrel shed that houses these old casks is also inhabited by hundreds of Daddy Long Leg spiders, who have kept a watchful eye over these precious gems for decades. The wine wasin superb condition and the spiders were doing such a great job protecting the barrels that Chester left them alone until just recently when he decided to bottle a small quantity for our pleasure. The wine is extremely old and exemplifies a classic Australian style. The colour is of an aged wine with a soft tan appearance. Amazing concentration." Comes boxed. Reduced to Clear France - Bordeaux 20 % ONLY CHATEAU DOISY-DAENE Cru Classe Barsac 2001 HALF (rtc) 1 £24.95 £5.00 £19.95 Robert Parker - 95 points (issued 2014) "The Doisy Daene 2001 is still quite backward on the nose compared to its peers and as a consequence, demands more coaxing from the glass: beeswax, honeycomb and a touch of lanolin. The palate is well balanced with a vibrant, citrus-fresh entry. This Barsac is struck through with engaging, lovely orange peel and citrus lemon notes here that segue into a refined and tensile finish that leaves you wanting any sip." Reduced to Clear France - Bordeaux 22 % ONLY CHATEAU RIEUSSEC 1er Cru Classe Sauternes 2002 Bottle (rtc) 2 £44.95 £10.00 £34.95 Chateau Rieussec is an absolute icon in Sauternes and in good years can rival the wines of Chateau d’Yquem. A rich, full-bodied sweet wine with luscious exotic, and honeyed fruit of the highest quality. Bright golden colour; candied nose with delicious figs and apricots; sweet, candied fruit; excellent length. Enjoy as an aperitif for a special occasion, with pâté or cheese. Reduced to Clear France - South 25 % ONLY CHATEAU SEPTY Monbazillac 2014 Bottle (rtc) - GOLD MEDAL 11 £12.95 £3.20 £9.75 Monbazillac is often overlooked but can produce, as here, a combination of fruit, herbs , flowers and honey, offset by acidity and driven minerality. The palate is ripe and rich will be a fine complement to sweet, rich savoury terrine dishes and cheese. A rare thing, but a dessert wine at a reasonable price which retains balance and vitality and great with food. Gold Medal winner. Fortified Wine FINAL FINAL Madeira 42 % Reduction ONLY MADEIRA BARBEITO Ribeira Real Boal 20 Year Old Bottle 18%abv (fred) 1 £119.95 £50.00 £69.95 The Boal incorporates Tinta Negra from 1952, 1953 and 1954. Winemaker Ricardo Freitas explains there was no way he could have blended the ’52 in the 20 Year Old Verdelho. It was simply too concentrated and would have made it impossible for him to maintain the Verdelho’s youth – that tangy chutneyed fruit. The ’52 adds terrific woody resonance to this Boal – echoes of history which tickle the back palate most deliciously for an exceedingly long time. True to his word, Freitas has maintained Boal’s varietal character. It has a great concentration of singed, caramelised apple tatin fruit. With marvellous integration of flavours and consummate balance, this is an outstanding, truly exciting Madeira. Reduced to Clear Port 42 % ONLY 2004 QUINTA DE LA ROSA Vintage Port Bottle (rtc) 1 £59.95 £25.00 £34.95 The La Rosa 2004 has a great concentration of colour with wonderful complex aromas of black and red fruits. It is a full bodied, profound port with fresh clean flavours and mature tannins that give it a lively, long finish. As with most La Rosa ports, the 2004 is elegant, not aggressive, but yet full of concentrated, complex fruit with a slightly drier finish. Itwill age well but as it is surprisingly open, it can also be drunk now. Drink with digestives and cheese or with dark chocolates dishes - or just on its own. Reduced to Clear Port 25 % ONLY 2013 NIEPOORT Vintage Port Bioma, Vinha Velha Bottle/nc (rtc) 13 £79.95 £20.00 £59.95 By introducing another premium Vintage Port to the Niepoort Portfolio, Bioma “Vinha Velha” provides us with the opportunity to create, or re-create, a style of Vintage Port which not only respects the terroir, but also harks back to a golden age of Port. Bioma is a single vineyard Vintage Port, rather than a single Quinta. The “Vinha Velha” refers to the extraordinary age of the vines at Vinha da Pisca, mostly exceeding 80 years old. TASTING NOTES: Appearance of deep purple accompanied by a purple rim. With time, the wine has gained in colour, but on the aroma the exuberant youthful fruit, so evident after its first winter has closed down, but is very much still present on the palate with dark plums and blackberries with firm grainy tannins on the mid palate giving both structure and power to the wine leading to a grainy but not aggressive finish. Reduced to Clear Spain - Sherry 25 % ONLY ANTONIO BARBADILLO Amontillado Medium-Dry Sherry Bottle (rtc) 18 £11.95 £3.00 £8.95 Barbadillo has been a household name in Spain for nearly two centuries and this family Bodega is still entirely run by the heirs of original founders, Benigo and Manuel Lopez Barbadillo. Their Amontillado sherry boasts tangy notes of salted hazelnuts and chocolate, with complex dried fruit flavours. This is a traditional-styled, Amontillado medium-dry sherry with layers of intriguing nutty and mocha flavours. Delicious! Reduced to Clear Spain - Sherry 25 % ONLY ANTONIO BARBADILLO Manzanilla de Sanlucar Bottle (rtc) 21 £11.95 £3.00 £8.95 Made only in the town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, Manzanilla Sherry is essentially a Fino with increased freshness and delicate flavours. This subtle difference is caused by a thicker layer of 'flor' in the barrels here, caused by the humid, maritime climate of this coastal Spanish town. This tangy, delicate Manzanilla sherry is a like breath of fresh seaair! A perfect aperitif or accompaniment to food. Please contact our office on 736418 or [email protected] to order from this list. All offers made subject to availability - No further discounts PAGE Prices include GST apply - Goods MUST be collected/Delivery not possible on Sale 2 UPDATED: April 22, 2021 QUANTITY ORIGINAL BIN END AVAILABLE PRICE SAVE PRICE Fortified Wine Reduced to Clear Spain - Sherry 34 % ONLY DELGADO ZULETA Manzanilla La Goya HALF 15%abv VEG (rtc) 6 £8.95 £3.00 £5.95 The Delgado Zuleta family named their flagship sherry after the famous Flamenco dancer Aurora Jauffre, dubbed 'La Goya', as it shared her intense, elegant, yet powerful qualities. This Bodega has been making their definitive style of Manzanilla since 1744, with its camomile and almond nose and complex, salty tang. "With its distinctive tang of salted almonds, Delgado Zuleta's La Goya Manzanilla is a moreish accompaniment to most tapas style dishes" “From the oldest family-owned winery in the Jerez and Manzanilla districts comes a sherry named after a famous flamenco dancer, Aurora Jauffre, popularly known as “La Goya”. Like her, it claims to be intense, powerful yet elegant, which would seem to be a pretty accurate description of this manzanilla with its citrus notes and hints of almonds and olives. Manzanilla is Spanish for chamomile and there’s evidence of that too in this dry and quaffable sherry.” - John Clarke, Independent Reduced to Clear Spain - Sherry 24 % ONLY EMILIO LUSTAU East India Solera (Oloroso & Pedro Ximénez) Sweet Bottle 20% (rtc) 21 £20.95 £5.00 £15.95 A smooth and rich sweet sherry made of 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximénez. It offers vibrant and well-integrated notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish and raisin. Its ageing process recreates that of the wines which crossed the oceans in the 17th-century voyages, with each wine separately matured in its own solera for 12 years before blending and additional three years ageing.

The Harrow Wine Story - Top of The World We started building this list in 1998, when we had two pages, now we are rated not only as having one of the finest Restaurant Wine Lists in U.K, but were voted in the top 100 Wine Lists in the World this September. Along the road we have picked up a few “Gongs” including Decanter Wine Restaurant of The Year, The AA Wine List of The Year, The Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence and recently “The World of Fine Wine” top award of 3 Stars and The Jury Award for one of the best Wine Lists in the World. Roger is now very much involved in Wine Journalism working for Decanter Magazine and www.the- buyer.net. He is also highly sort after as a Wine Judge and is Panel Chair for IWSC, has spent over 10 years judging for The Decanter World Wine Awards and has recently been added to the judging panel for The Pinnacle Wine Awards, based in Singapore. Roger also sits on The Taittinger Sommelier of The Year Competition. All our wines are served in Grape Varietal Specific Riedel Glasses, which enhances the wine and your experience. We are able to provide a whole range of wines by the glass by using preservation systems such as Le Verre de Vin and Coravin. We list the wines by grape variety giving you a chance to reflect or choose a wine that may not immediately come to mind when you are looking for a specific grape or style.
