    AB Volvo Press Information Renault Trucks signs distribution agreement with Nissan Motor regarding light truck AB Volvo’s subsidiary Renault Trucks has signed a distribution agreement covering the Renault Maxity light duty vehicle with the manufacturer Nissan Motor. An agreement in principle regarding the distribution agreement was signed in February 2006. Renault Maxity is a cab-over-engine light duty vehicle produced by Nissan Motor at its plant in Spain. Sales by Renault Trucks’ dealers will begin in March this year. Renault Maxity was developed and manufactured for Renault Trucks by Nissan Motor and is sold under Renault Trucks’ own identity. Renault Maxity complements Renault Trucks’ existing range of light trucks, comprising Renault Master and Renault Mascott, and is produced in a range of weight classes from 2.8 to 4.5 tons, with three engine alternatives. Bereits ein Jahr nach der Auslieferung der ersten Fahrzeuge wurde der 10.000ste T aus dem Werk Bourg-en-Bresse (Frankreich) an das polnische Transportunternehmen Trans-Man ausgeliefert. Der Renault Trucks T, der internationale Lkw des Jahres 2015, setzt seinen Siegeszug fort. Das 10.000ste Fahrzeug, mit der Euro-6-Norm, hergestellt am Standort Bourg-en- Bresse (Frankreich) wurde an das polnische Transportunternehmen Trans-Man ausgeliefert. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand am 13. November 2014 in Warschau im Beisein von Olivier de Saint-Meleuc statt, dem Renault Trucks-Vertriebsleiter für die Region Europa-Nahost-Afrika, sowie Krzysztof Mancewicz, Generaldirektor von Trans- Man. Krzysztof Mancewicz erklärte: „Wir haben uns sehr über die Nachricht gefreut, dass der 10.000ste von Renault Trucks produzierte T für uns bestimmt war. Wir haben uns wegen seines niedrigen Kraftstoffverbrauchs, seiner Zuverlässigkeit und dem Fahrerhausdesign für dieses Fahrzeug entschieden, das unseren Fahrern ein ideales Arbeitsumfeld bietet.“ Olivier de Saint-Meleuc bedankte sich bei Trans-Man für das Vertrauen in Renault Trucks: „Es erfüllt mich mit Stolz, die Schlüssel dieses Renault Trucks T 480 High an unseren polnischen Kunden überreichen zu können.
