[email protected] Abstract [EN] Introduction. This article analyses the professional, working and economic situation faced by journalists working in Spain during the past five years, a period in which the crisis and the media convergence coincided with the digitisation process. Method. The analysis of the characteristics of the current landscape is based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of a survey applied to journalists from the main public and private media companies.
