Down and 12(2) of the Drainage () Order 1973 that a Scheme has been prepared for the improvement of Ards District Development Office drainage in Newtownards, Co. Down. 2 Church Street Newtownards, Co. Down The Scheme involves the diversion of the Kiltonga Stream in a culvert varying in size from 1350 mm to 1500 Department of Agriculture (Drainage Division) mm diameter from the outlet to the Kiltonga Dam to the Howard House, Newtownards Drainage Canal at John Street.
