WHEREAS the above-mentioned Earl of Shaftesbury claims to be the Owner of land in the Townlands of Browndod, Ballywoodock, Cromy and Taggarts Land, Ballywee (Parish of Kilbride), Ballywee (Parish of Donegore), Donegore, Tobergill, Dunamuggy, Drumagorgan, Ballybentragh, Rathmore, Rashee, Ballynashee and Ballyboley, in the Barony of Upper Antrim, in the Townlands of Ballyearl, Carntall, Carnduff, Grange of Ballyrobert, Bruslee, Ballygallagh, and Carnmoney, in the Barony of Lower Belfast, and in the Townlands of Ballyhartfield, Ballypalady, and Ballysillan Lower, in the Barony of Upper Belfast, and all in the County of Antrim : Now in pursuance of the provisions of Section 17, Sub-section 2, of the above Act the Land Purchase Commission, Northern Ireland, hereby publish the following Provisional List of all land in the said Townlands of which the said Earl of Shaftesbury claims to be the Owner, which will become vested in the said Commission by virtue of Part II of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925, on the Appointed Day to be hereafter fixed.
