Did you know...

An expression to ask if someone knows about something. Usually used to share new information. “Have you heard…” is also an acceptable form of asking the same thing, albeit more formal.

An expression used to say someone is not very good at something, or that someone or something is not a very good example of something.

Claire is not much of a writer. We haven’t had much of a winter this year.

Bookworm

An idiom that describes someone who is devoted to reading, someone who reads a lot.

Liv hasn’t stopped reading since she bought the book, she’s a bookworm. He always describes himself as a bookworm.

One of the three possible ways of asking questions in the future form.

The affirmative form of indicating ability or possibility of doing something.

An expression to say someone is onboard and/or agrees with something.

About your invitation last night… I’m in! I love going to concerts, thank’s for the invite. I’m in!
