REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN QUOTATION

Kindly furnish me with a written quotation for the supply of the goods/services as detailed in the enclosed schedule.

The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business and can either be faxed or deliver by hand. The following conditions will apply:

Signage board will be printed according to Sanral set protocols. Content will be provided. It is the responsibility of the appointed service provider to obtain permit from Sanral before installing the signage boards.

*Upon completion of the job the service provider will have to hand over a copy of the permit to the CHDM as per the abovementioned stipulation.

Please note: Should the supplier delivery items with factory faults, miss prints, wracked items CHDM will not pay for such.  Logo will be supplied  We advise prompt communication to discuss challenges you might come across with in delivering these items.  All branded items remain property of CHDM, we will not tolerate any distribution of CHDM brand at whatever cost.
