NATIONAL GIRLS AND WOMEN IN SPORTS DAY, Keynote Speaker – Celebration March, 2016  Chosen from a list of notable former MA sports figures to give the keynote address at this year’s NGWS Day.  NGWS Day acknowledges past accomplishments of female athletes and recognizes current sports achievements of girls and women throughout the U.S.  Each state organizes their own celebration, and my message was shared with over 900 honored female athletes from Massachusetts public high schools and other distinguished honorees and guests. www.miaa.net
