Day 2: Thursday 9th – Chocolate Tasting & Raval visit

8:00 am Breakfast – 8:30 am Meeting room 9:00am Departure 10:00am Chocolate Museum visit, explanation & tasting 11:30am Santa Caterina Market visit 1:00pm Lunch at Norai Raval 3:00pm Scavenger Hunt in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona 4:30pm Sagrada Familia visit

Day 3: Friday 10th Sparkling (Cava) elaboration

8:00 am Breakfast 9:00am Departure by Bus to Sant Sadurni D’Anoia 10:00am Freixenet Catalan Champagne producer guided visit 12:30pm Transfer to , lunch on your own 3:30pm Back to Barcelona by bus

Day 4: Saturday 11th – Picasso & Modernism Walking Tour

Day 6: Monday 13th – Structured/Unstructured day

Day 7: Tuesday 14th– Bread elaboration & Girona

8:00 am Breakfast 9:30am Departure 10:00am Bakery visit (if available) 10:30am Transfer to Girona 1:30pm Lunch at residency 3:00pm Visit of the Old Quarter of Girona 4:00pm Scavenger Hunt in Girona 8:00pm Dinner at residency

Day 8: Wednesday 15th – Olive oil & Cooking Class

8:30 am Breakfast & 9:00 transfer by bus to the market 9h00 to 9h45am Walk around Girona’s weekly market 9:30am Departure by bus to an Olive Oil producer visit 12:00am Visit to a cheese producer (goat milk) if available 1:30 pm Lunch 3:30pm Fishing boats arrival & auction. Fish market visit 4:00pm Cooking Class - Traditional Spanish cuisine & dinner

Day 9: Thursday 16th – Dairy farm & Jewish quarter of Besalú

8:30 am Breakfast 9:00am Departure by Bus 9:30am Milk farm visit 1:30pm Lunch at residency 3:30pm Besalu guided visit, a lovely medieval town 8:00pm Dinner at residency

Day 10: Friday 17th - Dali Museum & Fermentation Tour in Northern , near the mountains

8:30 am Breakfast 9:30am Departure by Bus 10:30am Dali Museum visit 12:00am Lunch 3:00pm Fermentation tour near the French border 8:00pm Dinner at residency

Day 11: Saturday 18th – Transfer to the airport
