New York, NY, March 29, 2009 – YES Network was the big winner tonight at the 52nd Annual New York Emmy® Awards which took place at the Marriott Marquis’ Broadway Ballroom.
Following YES Network with 12 Awards were MSG and WCBS-TV, each winning 10 New York Emmy® Awards.
WCBS-TV’s CBS2 11 PM Newscast took home the Emmy® for best “Evening Newscast (Under 35 Minutes)” for its May 30, 2008 broadcast.
WCBS-TV’s CBS2 5 PM Newscast took home the Emmy® for best “Evening Newscast (Over 35 minutes)” for its story Midtown Crane Collapse.
