The rates set forth below are applicable to Tarpon Transmission Company Rate Schedule ITS.

1 Tarpon's "Old Regulatory Expense Surcharge" is being collected pursuant to the terms of a Stipulation and Agreement approved by the Commission by order issued February 4, 1993 (Tarpon Transmission Co., 62 FERC Par. 61,114 (1993)), and is to expire on March 31, 1995, subject to the terms of Article IV of said Stipulation.

2 Tarpon's "New Regulatory Expense Surcharge" is being collected pursuant to the terms of a Stipulation and Agreement approved by the Commission by order issued February 4, 1993 (Tarpon Transmission Co., 62 FERC Par. 61,114 (1993)), and is to expire on October 31, 1995, subject to the terms of Article IV of said Stipulation.

3 The ACA charge has been added to volumes transported under each rate schedule pursuant to Order No. 472 (See Sheet No. 2B).

1 Reservation fee is assessed per Mcf of contract quantity.

2 Reservation fee includes the "Old Regulatory Expense Surcharge" and the "New Regulatory Expense Surcharge" collected pursuant to the terms of a Stipulation and Agreement approved by the Commission by order issued February 4, 1993 (Tarpon Transmission Co., 62 FERC Par. 61,114 (1993)), which charges are referred to on Sheet No. 2A (setting forth rates for ITS service). As noted on Sheet No. 2A, the Old Regulatory Expense Surcharge is to expire on March 31, 1995, and the New Regulatory Expense Surcharge is to expire on October 31, 1995, subject to the terms of Article IV of said Stipulation. Unless otherwise changed pursuant to the Stipulation or upon the expiration of the rate moratorium described therein, Tarpon's maximum reservation charge will decrease to $2.13, effective April 1, 1995, and to $1.83, effective November 1, 1995, to reflect the expiration of the Old Regulatory Expense Surcharge and the New Regulatory Expense Surcharge.

Delivery Pressure, Assumed Atmospheric Pressure

Natural gas to be delivered by Shipper to Transporter at the Transporter Receipt Points shall be at a delivery pressure sufficient to enter Transporter's facilities, but Shipper shall not deliver gas at a pressure in excess of the Maximum Delivery Pressure stated for the Receipt Point.

The assumed atmospheric pressure is stated hereinabove for each Point of Receipt, irrespective of variations in natural atmospheric pressure from time to time.
