OUR ROLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (2011 ­ JAN 2014)

ORGANISATION The Board controls and supervises the management of the WFSGI and may operate by complying with a specific written code of conduct as agreed upon by a simple majority of all board members. In BOARD OF DIRECTORS addition to the functions mentioned herein, the Board prepares – among others ­ proposals relative to By­laws, controls and supervises the use of membership fees and other revenues generated by the WFSGI STAFF WFSGI in the best interest of the WFSGI’s members. It also administers and supervises WFSGI’s programs and prepares the annual budget, including proposals for membership fee changes.
