There is no , the sound drops out or there are disturbances in the reception or sound

In order to extend battery life, your stereo feature an Auto-Standby mode that will be triggered whenever the does not receive any signal, or a very low level signal, for about 4 minutes. The POWER indicator on the transmitter will blink for 1 minute before turning off.

To prevent the headphones from entering into Standby mode, raise the volume of the connected audio source (e.g., television or audio receiver) and adjust the volume from the headphones directly.

NOTE: When the transmitter receives an audio signal again, the signal transmission will resume and the POWER indicator will light up green.

Your stereo headphones use a signal between the transmitter and the headphones to allow your music, or other audio content, to be streamed wirelessly. If you are experiencing either of the below symptoms, it is likely to be due to a signal reception issue:

 There is no sound at all  There is a noticeable disturbance in audio quality  The sound drops off occasionally  Other audio/signal disturbances

Try to restore a stable signal transmission between the transmitter and the headphones by selecting a different channel. For instance, if you were using channel 1, try using channel 2.

NOTE: According to your model, you may have more channel options. IMPORTANT: Make sure you first select a new channel on the transmitter, and then adjust the headphones accordingly - not the other way around.

If you are still experiencing interference in spite of trying to switch to the other channel options, please keep in mind that use in the following circumstances might impact the signal receiving performance of your headphones:

 Inside a building with walls containing steel beams  An area with many steel filing cabinets, etc.  An area with many electrical appliances capable of generating electromagnetic fields  The transmitter is placed on a metal instrument  An area facing a roadway  Noise or interfering exist in the surroundings due to radio transceivers in trucks, wireless communication systems installed along roadways, etc.

How to connect wireless headphones or speakers to a television or other A/V source.

IMPORTANT:

 The television must have composite audio or monitor output jacks to complete this procedure. The headphone transmitter also can be connected to the AUDIO OUT jacks of a connected VCR. This may or may not be a satisfactory workaround as this connection is suitable mainly for those who want to use the headphones all the time.  Before connecting, if the wireless headphones or speakers use rechargeable batteries, make sure to fully charge the batteries according to the instructions that came supplied with your headphones or speakers.

This solution explains how to connect to a television, but you can connect your headphones to many other devices. See illustration along with the steps below for proper connection to your device.

1. On the back of the TV, connect one end of the audio cable to the AUDIO OUT or MONITOR OUT jack.

IMPORTANT: If you want to receive audio via the headphones while at the same time hearing audio from the television speakers, connect the headphones to your Cable Box/Satellite Box rather than your television. If you want to hear audio from a DVD player or similar device connected to your TV, connect the headphones to the audio out of your TV. You may need to enable the speaker setting on your TV to hear both sources at the same time. Please refer to the operating instructions of the TV if additional assistance is needed.

NOTES:

o If connecting to a MONITOR OUT jack, you may have the ability to have the speakers of the TV on and also hear the audio from the wireless headphones or speakers. o If connecting to an AUDIO OUT jack, it may be necessary to disable the internal speakers of the TV prior to using the wireless headphones or speakers. o Consult the instruction manual of the television for specific information. 2. On the back of the transmitter, connect the other end of the audio cable to the AUDIO IN jack. 3. On the back of the transmitter, connect the AC power adapter for the transmitter into the DC IN 9V jack. 4. Plug the AC power adapter for the transmitter into an AC outlet. 5. Adjust the television volume to the desired level. 6. Make sure that the wireless headphones or speakers are powered on and that the volume is adjusted to the desired level. NOTE: If model-specific information is needed about the features and capabilities of your TV, refer to the operating instructions that came supplied with the television.

How to get sound from headphones and the TV speakers at the same time.

In order to hear sound from headphones and the TV speakers at the same time when watching TV or a movie, the source device must have multiple audio outputs.

NOTE:

 A source device is used to describe the device that is providing the signal to the TV.Generally, this is an external device such as a cable box, satellite receiver (set-top box), or Blu-ray Disc player.  While some TVs have an audio output that can be used to connect headphones, in most cases this connection will disable the TV speakers.

If the model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instruction supplied with the product.

I'm hearing a constant background noise while listening to content. Can it be reduced?

These headphones use an analogic wireless transmitting technology. This technology is more susceptible to background noise than digital wireless technology.

In order to reduce the background noise, try the following steps:

1. Lower down the volume on your headphones. 2. Increase the volume on the device which is playing the content you are listening to (TV, music player, etc.), up to the level where the sound is not distorted. 3. Then, adjust the volume on your headphones for comfortable hearing.
