On 10/22/2017 at 00:47 hours, Officer Veloz 603 made a traffic stop at 4528 Hixson pike for an improper tag on a vehicle. The tag ) was displayed ona white ford explorer sport. The tag was registered to another vehicle. Upon speaking with the driver, Charles Clayton Dl-081312605, it was discovered that the vehicle was a work vehicle. Mr. Charles works for Mosstwellers towing. Mr. Charles stated that his boss told him to drive the vehicle. Mr. Charles showed me all the papework on repos he had been conducting in the area. He did provide the registration for the vehicle which came back to a Eric Caraway. I doubled checked the VIN on the vehicle and it did not come back stolen. I adivsed Mr. Charles to inform his boss to get a a correct tag on the vehicle. Nothing further.

Sylvester Hampton told police his door was damaged during the incident but there was no visible damage to the door. Both parties were trespassed from the others home and told to leave each other alone. Both parties agreed. Nothing further.

On 10/22/2017 at 04:09 hours, Officer Veloz 603 reported a verbal disorder at 603 Ashland Terrace. Upon arrival to the scene, I heard what sounded like a physical altercation taking place in apartment 1. The two individuals, identified as Alyssa Coleman and Ryan Crowe, were arguing loudly and at first it sounded like the two were getting physical with one another. After Police arrived, both Alyssa and Ryan were detained. Through investigation it was discovered that the two of them were in a verbal altercation. Alyssa explained the loud noises i heard were of her slamming the bedroom door to prevent Ryan from leaving the apartment. Ryan explained to me that he was leaving and that his brother was on the way to pick Ryan up. Ryan had no active warrants in hamilton county. Alyssa didn't have any warrants either. Ryan's brother arrived on scene and Ryan left. Alyssa stayed in the apartment. The disorder discontinued. nothing further.

On 10/22/17 at 0358 police received a call of a suspicious activity at 736 Market St. Upon arrival police spoke with Christopher Shipley and the Security guard Mark Crum. Mr. Shipley stated he observed a car hit the curb and went to make sure the driver was ok. Mr. Shipley stated the driver seemed to have been drinking. Mr. Shipley stated he attempted to stop the driver from getting back into his car and driving any more. Upon speaking to the security guard he stated the same. The security guard stated the driver had someone come pick him up. The driver was not on scene when police arrived. Nothing further at this time.

On 10/22/2017 at 06:22 hours, Officer Parda #1101responded to a verbal disorder at 7737 Holiday Hills Cir. Upon arrival Mark Caslin was in front of the residence in a verbal disorder with Pamela Huff who was inside the house with the door locked and secure. There were no signs of any physical contact and both parties stated the disorder was verbal. Mr. Caslin never entered the residence. I transported Mr. Caslin to the Walmart on Brainerd Rd where his mother was going to pick him up and take him home. Beginning mileage of transport 79,885, ending mileage 79,893.

On 10/22/2017 at 09:24 hours, Officer Jamie willis (61920) reported a memo at 7444 Twin Brook Dr. Upon arrival, police spoke with Stanley Jackson. Mr Jackson stated that his 25yr old daughter was arguing and causing a disorder in the house and he wanted her out of the house. Teqilla Jackson was asked to leave for the day. She left with no police action.

On 10/22/2017 at 10:34 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 3535 Mountain Creek Rd. I spoke with Valda Cowan via telephone. She says that she had gone out to the dumpster and had lid her wallet on the back seat of her 2015 Ford Escape. She says that she was away form her car for maybe 5 minutes and an unknown party has stole her wallet and its contents. She described the wallet as a "31" (brand) wallet about 6 inches long tan leather. She stated that it held her TN driver license, TN carry permit, her health insurance card, her Macy's and Target credit cards, REgions Bank debit card Capital One master card, Suntrust debit card which belongs to Hamilton County corrections department, county gas card and $70.00 cash money. Ms. Cowan says that she has already received alerts on her cellphone that the unknown is using her credit and debit cards. Se is clear that once it is determined the extent of the use of her cards, she will need to make a separate report for them.

On 10/22/2017 at 11:52 hours, Officer Johnson (66987) reported a memo at 3400 Hughes Ave. Police arrived on scene to Ms. Gloria J. Moore and her son Jeffrey Moore in a verbal disorder. Ms. Moore decided that it was best for her to leave and come back at a later time.

On 10/22/2017 at 16:55 hours, Officer H. Abbott (75427) reported a disorder at 862 Oak St. Upon arrival, I met with Clarence Francis and James Castleberry. Clarence was the care taker of the property and James resided there. James stated a young white female by the name of Libby, was hanging out at the residence. He did not know her last name or any other identifying information. He stated she did not live there but would come over from time to time. He stated he was leaving with Clarence to go to the hospital. He stated that when Libby was told she could not stay, she became angry and caused a disorder. James stated Libby was not welcome back to the residence. Clarence stated he would like us to trespass Libby if she returned. At this time, no further police action could be taken.

On 10/22/2017 at 16:50 hours, Officer Bulkley (68389) reported a memo at 3100 12th Ave. The complainant, Clarissa Brown, stated that there had been some unknown black males, including an "old man with a cane" at this location threatening her verbally. The parties were not on scene although I arrived quickly. Ms. Brown stated she is on medication for depression and it sounded like she was imaging things. On 10/22/2017 at 19:20 hours, Officer Day (75378) responded to a Harassment All Others at 2507 Vance Ave. Upon arrival, I spoke to Ebony Haney who stated that a Jasmine Husband was harassing her. She showed me text of "Jasmine" saying she was going to beat her up.Haney informed me that she got out of jail one October 20th, 2017 on bond for harassment. She told me that Jasmine called police and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She pleaded with me to go and take out a warrant. Haney told me that she was arrested for filing false police reports but the charges were dropped. Haney was not only found guilty of failing a false police report but also of harassment in the past. She has a history of lying to police. She lied to me multiple times while I was taking the report. Due to not only just the history that Haney had, her lying to me, and the timing of the "harassment" from a unknown number I believed that she was attempting to take out a warrant in retaliation for her being arrested. No further police action at this time.

On 10/22/2017 at 21:00 hours, I, Ofc. Gunn 351, responded to a call of a Disorder at 7310 Standifer Gap Rd. Upon arrival, I located the two described as being in a disorder by an unknown caller. I made contact with Jackson Williams and Jessica Henry. Both parties informed me that they had not been in a disorder, and that they did not need police. Nothing further.

On 10/22/2017 at 21:05 hours, Officer C. Blackburn #1086 responded to a suspicious person at 2351Shallowford Village Dr. at the Sleep Inn. Upon arrival I spoke with the front desk clerk Michael Thompson concerning the incident. Per Mr. Thompson a female party he only knew as Holly had been on the premises about an hour earlier but was no longer. Mr. Thompson said that Holly had been previously told she could not return to this location due to previous trespassing incidents. Mr. Thompson said he found Holly hiding in one of the bathrooms in a vacant room and had already escorted her off the property. Mr. Thompson said he had informed Holly that if she returns that Sleep Inn would prosecute for tresspassing.

On 10/22/2017 at 23:21hours, Officer Parda #1101responded to a prowler at 4206 Lake Haven Ln. Upon arrival I checked the area, including the backyard and back porch of house per callers request. I then spoke with the resident, Meghan Colvin. She stated she heard a noise on her back porch and called police. There were no signs of attempted entry and the residence was secure. Nothing further to report at time of report.

On 10/23/2017 at 01:38 hours, Officer Creighton, Trevor (73490) reported a memo at 1505 S Hawthorne Street.

On the above date police responded to a complaint from Mr. Joseph Dill who stated he saw a Miss. Amanda Cagle close to his residence named above. At this time Mr. Dill told police Ms. Cagle was arrested earlier in the day for vandalism at this address and Ms. Cagle was told not to return to the address listed above for any reason. At this point Mr. Dill told police Ms. Cagle drove by in her vehicle and didn't vandalize anything but wanted the area checked.

At this time police checked the area and were unable to locate Ms. Cagle in the area.

Nothing further to report. No criminal activity observed.

He says that over the past week or two, trailer plate (TN) has been torn off of the company's Barker Performance trailer. He says it most likely happened on a job site. He says that he does not know which job site it came off at.

On 10/23/2017 at 10:56 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 216 Broad St. I spoke with Sierra Stair via telephone. She says that she parked her 2003 Ford Escape in the Carta parking garage at the above address. She says while she was at work, an unknown party entered her vehicle and stole her laptop, laptop bag and wireless mouse. She says she was away from her vehicle from 1200 noon till about 2030 hours on 22 Oct. 2017. She says her vehicle was locked but found no damage. She did say that she has a hide-a-key on her vehicle and assumes that the unknown use it, as her vehicle was still locked when she returned to it.

Gail stated to police that her roof had been slowly leaking the last few days. A roofing contractor was called to investigate. The roofer told Gail that he believed the hole was a bullet hole. The contractor had already fixed the roof prior to police arrival. Police will still document. Status 4: Inactive.

On 10/23/2017 at 15:46 hours, Officer L Gregory (71964) reported a memo at 4047 Loftis Street. Upon arrival I came in contact with Angela Brown who smelled strongly of alcohol. Ms. Brown stated she needed to make a police report about a letter that she got in the mail stating her application for a credit card was denied. Ms. Brown stated she did not apply for the credit card. I informed her that she needed to call the bank that sent her the letter due to the bank and store in the letter being located in Orlando, FL. Ms. Brown stated she would but wanted a report made to document the letter in TN anyway. I informed her I would write the report. No further police action was needed.

On 10/23/2017 at 16:08 hours, I, MPO Ric Engle (60825) responded to a miscellaneous call at Walmart, 5764 Hwy 153. The complainant was driving a maroon 2003 Hummer H2 and Mr Black was driving a maroon 2013 Ford Taurus. Another man, who was unknown, told the complainant Mr Black hit her car.

Mr Black denied he had struck the complainant's vehicle and there was no damage to either car that I could find. The complainant drove her car around the parking lot to see if the left rear tire was warped, but it drove fine. i appeared the man who told the complainant her car was struck was in error or the impact was so slight there was no damage to either vehicle. No other police action taken.

On 10/23/2017 at 18:33 hours, Officer Silva (70787) reported a memo at 2001Vance Ave. Upon arrival I spoke with Terry Thomas, who stated he spotted a suspicious black male at a vacant house at 2001Vance Ave. Terry stated the male party was walking around the porch and believed the house to be vacant. Terry stated the male party walked South of our direction. The party was wearing dark clothing and a blue raincoat. No windows, doors, etc appeared to be broken on the residence. No further action taken.

On 10/23/2017 at 20:31hours, Officer J. Cannon 1089 reported a Credit Card Fraud at 3709 Cummings Hwy, Mapco. I spoke to a Mr. Richard McCoy by telephone, he stated that his credit card, Discover, was used in Wisconsin and he lives in Indiana. Mr. McCoy stated he was passing through the Chattanooga area and stopped to get gas, $20.62, on pump #8 at 1411. Then at 1811 his card was used for a purchase of $5.74 in Wisconsin. Mr. McCoy said he had already canceled the card and they will follow up. Nothing further to report.

On 10/24/2017 at 07:34 hours, Officer Michael Holloway (24522) reported a memo at 1000 E 3rd St. Police spoke with Charles Mitchell who stated that his wife, who works at the Medical Towers, stated that on 10-23-2017 at about 810 am, there was a white male in his 50's, driving a white king cab truck, sitting on their parking lot and as she passed by he ask her to get into his truck, she told no and kept walking, the party then left. she also told her husband that this happened to another worker a few weeks back. Police checked the area but did not locate anyone, I told Mr. Mitchell to tell his wife to call the police if she was to see this party again.

On 10/24/2017 at 07:29 hours, Officer Garcia, Mauricio (80003) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 950 Gorge View Ln. I spoke with Will Hewitt via telephone and he said that on 10/24/2017 he noticed two of his vehicles had been broken in. A 2013 Ford Escape ( ) and a 2009 VW Jetta ( ). Last time he used the vehicles was on 10/23/2017 at about 9:30 pm. Both vehicles were parked in the car port of his house. No damage was done to any of the vehicles.

On 10/24/2017 at 18:37 hours, Officer Roberts, Galen (61098) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft & Recovery/Passenger Vehicle at 5314 Dayton Blvd. (which serves as the physical business address of "Chattanooga Towing & Recovery). Police retrieved evidentiary items from within the recovered vehicle (financial instruments, key fobs, etc.) and turned them into the department's Property Division (#17-4459) for future fingerprint processing/analysis. No further police action needed.

She says that yesterday, she had her prescription for percocet in the glove compartment of her 1992 Honda Accord and had been to Erlanger and parked in the parking garage. She says she left there and went to the pharmacy and when she arrived, she could not find her prescription. She says she needs a report in order to have her doctor write another one

On 10/24/2017 at 11:59 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2650 Enclave Bay Dr. I spoke with Dr. Yuvraj Kalra via telephone. He stated that his mother-in-law's 2015 VW Jetta was broken into during the early morning hours. Dr. Kalra says there was no damage to her vehicle and the only thing taken was an empty purse and an older Sony CD player.

The vehicle was parked in the driveway of her residence. Last time she drove the car was on 10/23/2017 at 7 pm. She believes the vehicle had been left unlocked that night. No damage was done to the Vehicle. Nothing was stolen.

On 10/26/2017 at 02:07 hours, Officer J. Lee #978 wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle recovery from 1915 S Orchard Knob Ave. I Officer J. Lee #978 observed a running vehicle that appeared to be abandoned at 1400 Riverfront Prky near College Hill Courts. I ran the registration and it was stolen. I contacted NCIC and had them remove the vehicle from NCIC under #V739599034. There is no suspect info at this time. The owner did not wish to come get the vehicle and wished to have it towed. The vehicle was towed to United Wrecker ay 3810 Rossville Blvd.

LP at Walmart stated they had recovered a backpack that had been used by a suspect who was attempting to shoplift. Inside the backpack they found some pills and a needle. I took the items to property to be disposed of. Prop # 17-4449. Nothing follows.

On 10/24/2017 at 15:55 hours, Officer Silva (70787) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 2312 Duncan Ave. Upon arrival I spoke with Orlando Lightfoot, who stated on 10-23-17 an unknown suspect stole 2 batteries from the buses. Mr. Lightfoot stated he did not have any suspect information. The batteries were valued at $130.00. No further action taken.

On 10/24/2017 at 16:22 hours, Officer L Gregory (71964) reported a memo at 1008 Sheridan Ave. Upon arrival, I came in contact with Miles Johnson who stated his girlfriend, Melissa Tinney, and her son, Skyy Bradley, would not return his vehicle. Mr. Johnson stated that he allowed his girlfriend to borrow his vehicle, a blue Buick Regal (unknown tag), on 10/23/2017 around 0800 hours. Mr. Johnson stated he called Ms. Tinney and spoke with her son, Mr. Bradley, who he informed he was going to call the police and file a police report about his vehicle. Mr. Bradley told Mr. Johnson to call the police. Mr. Johnson stated that he did not want to prosecute or report the vehicle as stolen but did want to make a report to document that the incident occurred. No further police action was needed.

Mr. Jackson stated he wanted a report to document the incident because he was going to file it with his insurance company. Mr. Jackson did not want a wreck report made. Mr. Jackson's insurance information is Liberty Mutual policy number AOS 258335994060. No further police action was needed.

On 10/24/2017 at 18:03 hours, Officer L Gregory (71964) responded to a Vandalism at 875 Wheeler Ave. Upon arrival, I came in contact with Roland Sanders who stated his ex-neighbor, Iris Donohue, threw a brick through his front window. Mr. Sanders stated Ms. Donohue was angry because she thought Mr. Sanders got her evicted from the duplex the two parties shared. Mr. Sanders did not witness Ms. Donohue throw the brick through the window but stated she has thrown numerous bricks through Mr. Sanders window and he has filed police reports. I attempted to locate Ms. Donohue's information to obtain warrants but I was unable to find anything. I informed Mr. Sanders to call back in if he finds out Ms. Donohue's birthday or any further information. No further police action was needed.

On 10/24/2017 at 19:05 hours, Officer Springer (66500) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7801E Brainerd Rd (Pizza Hut). Upon arrival police spoke with Carol Sokol. She is a delivery driver for Pizza Hut. She said she went inside the restaurant for about 30 seconds and came back out to find her car was gone. The keys were in the ignition and the doors were unlocked. The vehicle is a black 2002 Honda Accord with a cracked windshield and a passenger side headlight that does not work. Inside the vehicle was her cellphone and wallet containing her drivers license and debit card. The suspect is unknown at this time. The vehicle was entered into NCIC V349648193. Nothing further. On 10/25/2017 at 16:20 hours, Officer Springer (66500) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7801E Brainerd Rd. Police spoke with Doreen Watson by phone. She said on 10/24/17 she called the cell phone that was inside of her stolen vehicle. There was an open line and she could hear the vehicle in motion. A male and female voice could be heard at one point. They were getting a prescription filled. The pharmacy worker asked if their address was still the same. They replied yes on Jenkins Road. Doreen said she thought the male said his name was Michael. Doreen said she thought this occurred sometime between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. The cell phone was found smashed in the drive thru at Walgreens at 8714 East Brainerd Road by Doreen on 10/24/17. Police viewed video at the Walgreens from 8:30pm to 10:00pm for 10/24/17. Police did not see a black Honda Accord come through the drive thru. Nothing further.

Upon arrival I came in contact with Otis McReynolds who stated he was about to eat dinner when an unknown party threw a brick into the front window of his residence. Mr. McReynolds did not have any suspect information or see anyone near by his residence. I informed Mr. McReynolds to call back if he got any suspect information. No further police action was needed.

He stated there was a black male wearing a button down shirt and dark pants that was acting weird. The man appeared to be watching a female customer that was in the store. Alec said the female customer had a Target employee walk her to her vehicle. The male walked out at the same time as the female and the Target employee. After she left the male moved his vehicle to the front of the store in the fire lane. The vehicle was a silver SUV. Alec told him he could not park in that location. The man moved his vehicle. He then proceeded to stare out of the vehicle with his hands on the steering wheel for 40 minutes. He then left. Alec thought it was suspicious and wanted to notify police. Nothing further.

The steering column was broken where the suspect had accessed the key ignition switch to start the vehicle. I notified NCIC and obtained the NIC #V689246425. According to the data, the vehicle was stolen from out of the county. The Hamilton County complaint number is #17-014476. Police dispatch notified the owner. Ford's Garage arrived to tow the vehicle to 2712 Benton Drive.

I observed the subject vehicle turn right onto 10th Avenue without signaling and then immediately pulled over. Upon contacting the occupants I could smell marijuana. The driver, Michael Dillard, and the passenger, Shnekia Daniels, exited the vehicle and I searched it. Nothing of consequence was found. There was valid registration, insurance and licenses for both drivers and neither had warrants. They were issued a warning.

Police observed the female walking across the Dam 153 SB and asked who she was where she was headed. The unknown female identified herself as Marilyn Davis and stated she was coming from Memorial Hixson with a broken foot and was heading to her friends residence which she could not give the numeric for. Upon Police further investigation Police was able to obtain a street address of 4208 Linton Dr. Police transported Ms. Davis to this location. Police have nothing further at this time.

Upon arrival the disorder seemed to have been resolved by Ms. Alayah Jackson agreeing to leave the residence. Ms. Jackson started to ask for her phone so that she could call a friend to pick her up if her car would not start, and complainant, Napoleon Jackson, would state he never had the phone and would not listen to Police when told not to interact with Ms. Jackson. Ms. Jackson got her belongings but her car would not start, she was able to contact a friend to pick her up. When Ms. Jackson's friend arrived Police assisted Mr. Jackson in moving Ms. Jackson's car out of the driveway and into a legal area on the side of the road so she could come back for her vehicle at a later time. I spoke with Ms. Billingsley and informed her that since Mr. Addison contributed to the house hold by paying for bills, she could not make him leave the residence. Ms. Billingsley stated she was going to put all of Mr. Addison's belongings outside of the residence and I informed her she could not do that. Mr. Addison stated he would come back to get the rest of his furniture tomorrow (10/26) during the daylight hours with a police officer. No further police action was needed.

Mr. Walker stated while assembling the crane's boom extension to the jib a mechanical malfunction caused the jib to swing off the back of a jib's transport vehicle, where it struck a Ford F-150, owned by United Refrigeration. The police responded to 3550 Cummings Hwy to see the victim Mr. Seth Wagner who had located his stolen vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart. The police arrived on scene and recovered the vehicle which was unoccupied and appeared to have no damage. The police called the NCIC and had the vehicle taken out of the system using NIC # V-209647052, The vehicle was released back to the owner Mr. Wagner who was able to drive it away. Mr. Smith stated he was driving down Hixson Pike in the construction area when he merged into the other lane. Mr. Smith noticed the car in front of him flipping him off and telling him to follow him to a parking lot. Mr. Smith followed the other vehicle when they got out of the vehicle the passenger of the other vehicle Jonathan Clayton then got out of the vehicle and kicked the door of Mr. Smiths car. Once this happened Mr.Smiths passenger Brittany Peoples got out of the vehicle and started yelling at Mr. Clayton saying she had kids in the car.Police then spoke with Mr. Clayton who stated he let the other vehicle into the lane since it was merging into a one lane road he then pulled into a parking lot where Mr. Smith cut over two lanes of traffic attempting to start an altercation with Mr. Clayton. On 10/26/2017 at 21:25 hours, Officer/Sgt. Alexis Mercado (61230) responded to a Property Lost at 2100 Hamilton Place Boulevard at Hamilton Place Mall. While working a side job there, Ms. Lora Jones reported to me that she wished to make a police report after she discovered that she had lost her wallet. She had been carrying it in her back pocket and surmises that she possibly lost her wallet while she was going for her cell phone. She made no mention that the wallet had been stolen. Ms. Jones stated that she last saw her wallet at around 2030 hours and noticed it was gone at around 2100 hours. She was concerned about the $360 in cash that was in her wallet and the debit card she possessed as well. Below are the contents she reported as lost: wallet, $360 in cash, WinSouth Credit Union debit card and her Alabama Driver's lisense. Ms. Jones stated that she would be going to get a new license and would be notifying her bank in the morning.

On 10/26/2017 at 22:30 hours, Officer J. Blakley (78345) responded to a Vandalism at 272 W 36th St. Police received a call from a neighbor stating 272 W 36th was vacant and they had noticed a window smashed out at the rear of the home. When Officers checked the front door they noticed it was slightly open. Officers cleared the house and found no suspect inside. It appeared that someone had smashed out the window and broke in just to smoke marijuana due to nothing being taken from the home and Officers finding 2 small joints in the floor. Officers did contact the responsible and he informed Officers that the house was in fact vacant and no appliances had been left in the home. The responsible instructed Officers to lock the front door and he would come on 10/27 to fix the broken window.

Upon arrival police spoke with Thomas Taylor, who stated he and his wife, Sandra Taylor, had gotten into an argument and Mrs. Taylor and her daughter left and went to a relatives house at 3767 Occoneechee Trl. Both parties stated they were arguing over relationships each of them had with other people. Mrs. Taylor stated she was staying at the relatives house for the night. Police checked the well being of everyone inside the residence at 610 Mauldeth Rd, and everyone was fine. No further police action needed.

Upon arrival Police spoke to Mrs. Gunn, Noma who stated she was traveling south on Amnicola Hwy as she was traveling under the overpass the train travels on Mrs. Gunn heard a loud noise and observed a deep quarter size gouge in her windshield around the rear view area. Police checked the highway and also checked the train overpass but observed no sign of anything that could have damaged the window. Police notified info channel and requested train personnel check the train that is currently parked on the overpass to ensure nothing is falling from the train.

Upon arrival I spoke with Kyesha Hickey who informed me a co-worker, Quinzell Bensley, was involved in an argument with another co-worker earlier in the day. According to Ms. Hickey, a short time after the disorder, Mr. Bensley approached her in an aggressive manner and began accusing her of videoing the disorder and grabber her cell phone out of her hand. Ms. Hickey went on to state Mr. Bensley then acted like he was going to leave business, but gave Ms. Hickey her phone back at the last minute. Ms. Hickey stated she was going to make her employer aware of the incident as well.

I spoke to Michael Morrill via telephone and he said that on 10/27/2017 at 3:45 am he noticed his backpack had been stolen from his delivery truck as he was doing a delivery. Last time he had seen his backpack was on 10/27/2017 at 3 am in his passenger seat. After alerting his bank of stolen debit card he noticed that someone had attempted three (3) times to withdraw money but transactions were declined. Doors had been left unlocked. On 10/27/2017 at 22:02 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) responded to a Shoplifting at 3600 Hixson Pike. Upon arrival police spoke with the manager, Clayton Massey, who stated he observed a male on video that appeared to pick up 3 packs of ribeyes and place them in his cart. The male then went out of view and reappeared on another aisle without any items in his cart. The man then exited the premises. Mr. Massey stated he looked in the area the male could of gone but was unable to find any of the meat that he stuck in his cart from the meat cooler. Mr. Massey believes the suspect may have put them in his pants and left the premises. There was no video that was able to see the suspect conceal the items. No suspect info at this time. No further action taken.

On 10/28/2017 at 13:23 hours, Officer Smith, B (061120) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3550 Cummings Hwy. The police responded to 750 Pan Gap Rd to see a complainant Mr. Michael Conner who says he had located his daughters stolen vehicle found abandoned in a ditch, the police arrived on scene and found the white Ford Bronco bearing Tn. unoccupied with the keys in in, but it was out of gas. The victim came to the scene and the vehicle was released to her and her father, the NCIC was called and the vehicle was removed from the system as stolen under NIC # V-649660917. There was no evidence to process, no other police action was taken. On 10/30/2017 at 10:05 hours, Officer Chad Rowe (60172) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3550 Cummings Hwy. On 10/30/2017 I was assigned this case. During my investigation, I contacted the Murphy Gas Station and requested to view their surveillance video. I was told that the manager (Selina) would be at work on 10/31/2017 and she could access the video. I informed the clerk that I would respond tomorrow in an attempt to collect the video, if it was captured. This case will be suspended until further investigation or suspect identity can be made.

On 11/01/2017 at 09:07 hours, Officer Chad Rowe (60172) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3550 Cummings Hwy. On 11/01/2017 I made contact with Jeff Hedges (Murphy USA, Sr Loss Prevention Specialist) and was informed that a CD was copied to CD of the crime taking place and was ready for pick up. I collected the evidence and added it to the case file. However, the video doesn't show the unknown suspects face. It does show his arms, which indicated at white male. This case will continue to be suspended until further suspect identification can be obtained.

On 10/28/2017 at 11:51hours, Officer Lockhart (66490) responded to a Shoplifting at It's Fashion Metro, located at 480 Greenway View Dr. Upon arrival I spoke with the manager, Keonna Oliver, who informed me two black females selected a multitude of clothing from the business and placed them in a shopping cart. Ms. Oliver further explained the females attempted to push the buggy past all points of sale, without making an attempt to render proper payment for the merchandise, valued at $380.00. Ms. Oliver stated she was able to intervene and recover $310.00 of the merchandise, but the suspect got away with approximately $70 worth of clothing from the store. Ms. Oliver stated the suspects fled in a blue hatchback sedan.

Mr. Blackwell stated his parents are divorced and while his father is out of town for a few weeks he allowed his mother, Bianca to stay with him until she found a place to live or his father came back home. Trent stated that Bianca has been drinking heavily and causing a disorder so he wanted her to leave the residence. Bianca took her items and left without incident.

Upon arrival, I observed a pickup truck on the guardrail. The driver, Pablo Contreras, could not speak English. I was able to get his name and date of birth but nothing further. TDOT responded and was able to get the vehicle off the guardrail. Mr. Contreras was able to drive away. Due to call load and lack of information of the driver, no further action was taken.

On 10/28/2017 at 16:55 hours, I, MPO Ric Engle (60825) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at Walmart, 5764 Hwy 153. upon arrival, I spoke to the victim, Julie Brown.

The victim told me her 2017 Honda Accord was damaged on the lot of Walmart by what appeared to be a shopping cart. I went to the loss prevention office and spoke with Nick Mounce.

We reviewed the video footage and it appeared an employee moving shopping carts accidentally struck the victim's car with either the cart mover or a cart. A manager from Walmart came out and took pictures of the damage. This will be handled by Walmart and the victim. No other police action taken.

On scene I spoke to the victim, Ms. Kristen Steele, who stated her daughter had taken a pink iPhone 5s cellular communications device to a birthday party. Whilst at the birthday party, during the pinata event, her phone was dropped. The iphone was not located and had been turned off. There are no clear suspects at this time. I spoke to the party goers as well as the parent hosting the event, but no one knew exactly what happened to the phone. No further action taken at this time.

When Ms. Cole went to the door no one was at the door or in the hallway and she found that suspicious. Ms. Eastman stated one of her neighbors called her stating that heard a sound come from her property that sounded like metal hitting on metal. Ms. Eastman stated when checking her property she noticed nothing out of the ordinary and that her motion lights did not turn on. On 10/28/2017 at 23:58 hours, Officer M. Robinson (77583) reported a memo at 2051Hamill Rd. I responded to this location for a reported disorder. I made contact with Jessica Kirkendall who stated that she and her husband Jordan Kirkendall had been in an argument. Jessica stated that her husband had become upset while she was driving because he did not want to got out to a night club. Jessica stated that he had been drinking and she refused to let him drive. Jessica stated that her friends were waiting for them at a night club and she just wanted him to get a ride home. Jordan stated that he just wanted to go home and agreed to have a friend pick him up from this location and to stay the night with the friend. Jordan retrieved his personal items from their vehicle and Jessica went to meet her friends. No further.

On 10/29/2017 at 09:02 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft of Vehicle Parts/Accessories at 4100 Rossville Blvd. I spoke with Daryl Clark via telephone. He says last night between 2300 hours and 0300 hours this morning, he attended a Halloween party in the vicinity of 4100 block of Rossville Blvd. He says while there, an unknown party stole license plate from his 2003 Nissan Altima. The plate has been entered into NCIC by G. Cooke # P366382264.

On 10/31/2017 at 13:29 hours, Officer Cogburn (62182) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 1126 E 13th St. Police responded back to this address on the report that the vehicle had been returned. Police spoke to the victim, Ricky Jordan who stated that he had found his vehicle although he would not say where. Police observed the vehicle in front of his house and called to remove the vehicle from NCIC. No additional information was available at the time of report

On 10/29/2017 at 13:07 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 5740 Highway 153. I spoke with Lopez Fuentes via telephone. He says that he thinks his Apple Ipad Pro was stolen from his car on Friday 27 Oct. 2017 while at work at Chick-Fil-A at the Hixson location. He says his 2010 Nissan Centra does not always lock when he uses his key fob and thinks it did not lock this time. He valued the Ipad at $600.00

On 10/29/2017 at 17:10 hours, Officer Holloway (77647) responded to a Vandalism at 2605 Wheeler Ave. Mrs. Fowler called Police to have them search the home she rents for gang activity. Mrs. Fowler's old tenant has moved but her son known as RJ is believed to be a gang member. The old tenant's sister went to the home over the weekend to pack. When she opened the door she saw 8-10 males in the home that appeared to be in a gang. She called Mrs. Fowler and told her to have Police meet her before she went inside. I arrived and searched the home and found the home to have been vandalized. Reginald Cox aka RJ was known to live at the home. EOR.

On 10/29/2017 at 18:28 hours, I, MPO Ric Engle (60825) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 800 Fox Chase Ln. Upon arrival, I spoke to the victim, Hope Dunn.

The victim told me that sometime between 2000 10262017 and 0600 10272017 an unknown person entered her unlocked 2011 Mazda 3 and took a ball bat bag which contained sporting equipment and a silver ring and a Tom Tom GPS system. There were no witnesses to the theft and no suspect information. No other police action taken.

On 10/30/2017 at 08:55 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Building at 4717 Old Mission Rd. I spoke with Ronald Moore via telephone. He says Saturday night 28 Oct. 2017, he had a party at his residence. He says that sometime between 2230 hour and 0230 the next morning, an unknown party stole his Lenovo tablet off of a table in the living room. He says he does not know who took the tablet. He says he paid $118.00 for it. He says it is black with blue trim along the edges.

On 10/30/2017 at 15:17 hours, Officer Jamie willis (61920) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 2408 Jenkins Rd. Upon arrival, police spike with Kelly Parks. Ms Parks stated that someone had stolen her checks from her mailbox and cashed one of them for $200.00. The check that was cashed was written in the name of Decolvin Poole. At this time police are unsure of where the check was cashed. The bank stated that it was CIC Financial Services GALLC which is in Georgia. Police are waiting on the bank to be sure if Georgia needs to do the fraud report.

On 10/31/2017 at 10:30 hours, Officer Garcia, Mauricio (80003) responded to a Credit Card/ATM Fraud at 1631Colonial Shores Dr. I spoke to Mary Jungels via telephone and she said that 10/28/2017 at 3 pm she noticed that there was 3 transaction from her credit card (Regions Bank) she did not do. Last time she had used it was on 10/26/2017 at 6 pm at 1965 North Point Blvd Hixson TN (atm at bank premises) . RP notified Regions Bank to block her credit card and to check the atm that was used for a schemer.

On 10/31/2017 at 10:36 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Credit Card/ATM Fraud at 1400 Cowart St. I spoke with Jacob Hutcherson via telephone. He says that Saturday morning at 0150 hours, he went in Coyote jack's Saloon for a short time. He says that while there, he evidently lost his Trust Federal Credit Union VISA debit card. He says at 0230 hours that same date, an unknown party used his card at the Atlantic Capital ATM at 1301Cowart St. and made the following transactions: $203.00, $1.00, $43.00 and $1.00. He says then the unknown went to a Walmart Super Store in Chattanooga and made a transaction of $107.83 for unknown merchandise. Mr. Hutcherson says he has canceled the card and needed a police report number to add to the affidavit at Trust.

He received the decals via mail on 10/25/2017 at about 4:30 pm. Nothing else was lost.
