South District Council South Cambridgeshire Local Plan Statement of Community Involvement Adoption Statement

Notice of Arrangements for Adoption of a Supplementary Planning Document [Regulation 14 of Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) () Regulations 2012]

South Cambridgeshire District Council adopted the Greater Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) on 1 July 2019.

The SCI and the adoption documents can be viewed online at the Council’s website: www.scambs.gov.uk/planning/local-plan-and-neighbourhood-planning/statement-of-community- involvement/ and inspected at the Council’s offices: South Cambridgeshire Hall, Business Park, Cambourne, CB23 6EA during normal office hours.

Any person aggrieved by the Statement of Community Involvement may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SCI. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event within 3 months after the day on which the SCI was adopted (1 July 2019).

The draft Statement of Community Involvement was subject to public consultation from 11 February 2019 to 25 March 2019. In accordance with Regulation 11(2) part (b), a schedule of modifications made to the SCI pursuant to section 23(1) of the Act is set out in the Consultation Statement (prepared under Regulation 12(a)), available on the council’s website highlighted above.
