Paprika Rotisserie Chicken

What you need

1 (3 pound) whole chicken 1 pinch salt 50g butter, melted 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 ⁄4 tbsp ground black pepper

How you do it

1. Season the inside of the chicken with a pinch of salt.

2. Place the chicken onto a rotisserie as per instructions on page 8 and set the grill to cook for 10 minutes.

3. During that time, quickly mix together the butter, 1 tbsp of salt, paprika and pepper. Baste the chicken with the butter mixture.

1 4. Close the door and cook for 1 to 1 ⁄2 hours, basting occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 180oF (83oC) when taken in the thigh with a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from the rotisserie and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.

What you need

4 small skinless boneless chicken 2 tbsp clear honey breast fillets, cut into cubes 1 tbsp light soy sauce 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 2 tbsp vegetable oil Knob of fresh ginger, roughly chopped, 20 cherry tomatoes plus extra to serve 1 courgette sliced into 1cm thickness 1 orange, grated zest and juice 2 medium sized red onions thickly chopped 1 green, yellow and red pepper seeded and cut into squares

How you do it
