DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH OF 11 JANUARY 1958 AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF SCHEDULE B OF POISONOUS SUBSTANCES INTENDED FOR MEDICAL OR VETERINARY USE (Section II)

In pursuance of the Dahir of 12 Rebia II 1341 (2 December 1922) governing the import of, trade in, possession and use of poisonous substances, as amended and supplemented in particular by the Dahir of 1 Rejeb 1372 (17 March 1953);(!) (2) In pursuance pf the Decree of 10 August 1953 determining the composition of section II of the schedules of poisonous substances intended for medical or veterinary use, as amended and supplemented by the Decree of 11 January 1955; DECREBS
Article One. Schedule B of poisonous substances (section II): products intended for medical or veterinary use prescribed in and supplemented by the above-mentioned Decrees of 10 August . 1953 and 11 January 1955 is replaced by the following table:

In order to facilitate the identification of the narcotic drugs and their salts or preparations, the chemical nomenclature is followed, where necessary, by the other names used (trade names for the most part).
Article 2. The provisions of article 2 of the.above-mentioned Decree of 10 August 1953 (table of exemptions) relating to the products listed in Schedule B of poisonous substances remain unchanged.
