We are so happy to welcome everyone back to Sphere Studios. Our halls, walls, and rooms have been far too quiet, for far too long. Below are our newly implemented protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals entering the facility.

COVID-19 Protocols/Regulations: • All persons entering and within the studio must wear a cloth face covering/mask. • Masks must be worn correctly, snuggly covering the mouth and nose. • Social distancing is required and enforced. • A visitor log will be maintained for all participants/guests. • A screening questionnaire and temperature reading must be passed at check in, in order to permit entry. • All sessions must be booked in advance with the expected number of participants recorded at booking to ensure that physical distancing can be maintained. • Individuals admitted to the studio at any particular time (including talent and crew) must be limited to essential personnel only. • There will be NO hanging out after a particular person’s role is complete. • Sheet music and other paper materials should be passed out using gloves. Ideally, they should be for single use and not collected at the end of the session. • Wherever feasible, everyone utilizing the studio should use their own equipment (including cameras, headsets, , consoles), desks, phones, supplies, etc. If equipment must be shared, it will be sanitized between each use. • Distance markers must be provided to indicate adequate social distancing for each session. • Microphones, consoles, and other equipment must be set up to facilitate social distancing. • All musicians and singers who cannot wear a face covering (e.g. wind and brass instrument players, singers) should strive for a minimum of 8 feet of social distancing during rehearsal and tracking. Alternatively, these individuals should be separated from others and from each other by barriers. • Talent must arrive with hair and makeup done if needed. It will not be allowed to be done on property. • As much as possible, all financial transactions should be arranged in advance or following the session through contactless systems.1 Post Session: • Computer keyboards, screens, phones, and mice in all rooms must be thoroughly sanitized. • All instruments and cables used in a session will be disinfected before their next use. • Pop filters will be changed after each artist. They will be soaked in warm soapy water and sanitized after every single session. • Outboard gear, monitor controls, aux cables, , and headphone systems will be carefully disinfected with the appropriate cleaner and Q-tips.
