Slow-smoked bone in pork shoulder. Shredded and lightly tossed in our tangy house barbecue sauce. Barbecue Chicken (Whole Pieces)

An even mix of light (breast and wing) and dark (leg and thigh) chicken quarters. Slow smoked and basted in our tangy house barbecue sauce.

Tier 2 $9 per serving Baby Back Ribs

Specialty of the House. Slow-smoked, melt in your mouth tender, fall-off-bone, thick cut St. Louis style spare ribs. Liberally rubbed and lightly sauced. 4 Bone sections. Shredded Chicken

Juicy chunks of our slow smoked chicken. A mix of 75% breast meat and 25% dark meat. Hand shredded and delicious. Beef Brisket

12 hour smoked, thick-sliced (~3/8”) beef brisket. Deep smoke ring, generous bark, melt-in-your mouth tender. Side Dishes

Coleslaw $3 per serving

Green and red cabbage with julienned carrots, house made tangy, creamy dressing, chopped granny smith apples.

BBQ Baked Beans $4 per serving

Baked beans with pulled pork and a 15 other ingredients that makes the beans truly the “magical fruit”. At the restaurant, we hear almost daily that “these are the best beans I’ve ever had!” Southwestern Pasta Salad

$4 per serving Petite shells, black bean pico de gallo, cherry tomatoes, provolone, green olive, cilantro lime vinaigrette. Bread Options

Cornbread - $2.5 per serving

Rich, sweet and slightly spicy house-baked bread made with poblano peppers and cheddar cheese. served with honey butter.

Brioche Roll - $1.2 per serving

Buttery soft sandwich bun that serves as a perfect compliment to our meats.

Mini Hawaiian Rolls - $1.2 per serving

Buttery, sweet slider buns perfect for appetizer service or smaller portions. What’s Included

The Base Price of the food includes the following: The food, the rental of chafing dishes and serving utensils, paper plates, paper napkins, plastic silverware, pick-up of the food at Bobby D’s or at Spook Hall. We ask that you please return the chafing dishes and serving utensils to Bobby D’s. Special accommodations can be made for any additional requests. Set-up/Breakdown and Labor Policy The base price only includes pick-up of the food. For an additional $80 per hour per 80 guests, Bobby D’s will provide Set-up, Breakdown Service, as well as 1 Buffet Attendant and 1 Busser during the event. Deposit & Payment The Deposit on catered events is 50% of the quoted price, and is due at contract signing to reserve date, product and staff. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please make checks payable to Bobby D’s BBQ. Guest Count Due to the fact that our meats are delivered fresh and cooked very slowly on premise, we require that you set your final order and guest count 7 days prior to your event. Cancellation The deposit is non-refundable. Any other monies that may have been paid are fully refundable until 7 days prior to the event. Sales Tax Bobby D’s Operates out of Jerome, AZ, where the applicable sales tax is currently 10.85%. This rate is subject to change based on state and municipal authorities.

Side Notes This catering packet is a guideline to what we can provide. We are open to accommodating needs outside of the packet as creativity is our game. For example, we can smoke almost any kind of protein you would like. Want different side dishes? just ask. Want it spicy or slathered in smoky gravy? just ask. This business is my life and love.
