Redwood Hill Cameo $33/pound Redwood Hill Farm goat Cameo is an ultra creamy Camembert bloomy rind type of goat cheese. Delicately covered with a variety of fresh herbs, it was awarded “Best in Show” at the 2011 California State Fair Cheese Competition! Cameo’s mild buttery flavor ages beautifully with a complex herbal infused flavor and a Camembert’s classic ultra creamy interior. Available seasonally!

Jasper Hills Harbison $19/9 oz Harbison is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind. Young cheeses are wrapped in strips of spruce cambium, the tree’s inner bark layer, harvested from the woodlands of Jasper Hill. The spoonable texture begins to develop in our vaults, though the paste continues to soften on the way to market. Harbison is woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemon, mustard, and vegetal flavors.
