Cypress Island HOA Wimington, NC

Attn: Thomas Bissett

Thank you for allowing us to provide a price for resurfacing your tennis courts. Since 1990, North State Resurfacing has been constructing and resurfacing tennis courts, basketball courts and other recreational facilities across the state of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Our clients include country clubs, homeowners, municipalities, schools, universities, military bases and government installations. References can be furnished upon request.

The base price on page one of our proposal is for a standard resurfacing which reflects the work required to refurbish your facility.

Page two of our proposal contains various options which allow you to customize the resurfacing project to meet your needs. For example; if your courts have structural cracks in the asphalt, you may choose to have the Super Seal, crack repair system installed, which provides a guarantee against the reappearance of the existing cracks. Or, there may be an emphasis on youth oriented programs at your facility in which case, you might decide to have Quick Start lines installed.

There are many other options available that are not listed. We can also install basketball goals and pavement games such as hopscotch, four square and bean bag toss.

Once again, thank you for the opportunity and please contact me with any questions that you may have.

Sincerely,

Drewry C. Alford Project Manage & Estimator
