Just past the light at 23rd Street, bear right into the entrance of Chelsea Piers FDR Drive: Follow South to East 23rd Street Exit. Follow 23rd Street West to the Hudson River. Make a right turn onto 11th Avenue and then make a left onto 24th Street.
