As part of the program for the Divine Mercy Sunday in the Cathedral of SS Patrick and Felim, Cavan there shall be prayer for the protection of human life from conception to death, to take place before the Benediction. Celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday (April 8th) in the Cathedral from 2pm to 5pm with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Confession from 2:00pm -3:00pm, Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Talk by Fr. Gabriel Kelly, Mass by Fr. Peter Okpetu and Veneration of the Relics of St. Faustina. Stand Up for Life, a series of regional rallies around Ireland takes place the week after Easter and will highlight the importance of Ireland's 8th Amendment and the tens of thousands of lives saved by it. Given that a referendum to remove Ireland's 8th Amendment is due to take place before the Summer, please consider attending one of these Rallies and encouraging others to do likewise. With speakers from Ireland and abroad, these Rallies will provide a positive and hugely important expression of all that is great about Ireland’s Right to Life Amendment. Your presence is vital. On Easter Monday the Regional Pro Life Rally for Cavan, Leitrim, Sligo is being held in the Great Northern Hotel, Bundoran at 3pm. Please come along and show your support for the 8th Amendment.
