Our deepest sympathy to the families of Michael Baxter, Owengallis whose funeral took place in Bawnboy on Wednesday 15th November, Joe Mc Morrow, Mullaghmore whose funeral took place in Bawnboy on Friday and Kathleen Murphy, formerly Corthoon whose funeral took place in Preston, England recently. All parents who have children who serve on the altar and all Eucharistic Minsters are asked to attend if they have not already attended this information session. Liturgy Workshop – preparing for Advent and Christmas: Tuesday 28 November 2017 in the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Cavan at 7:30pm. – facilitated by Jane Ferguson, National Council for Liturgy, Maynooth. No. 342 of 2013 LOCAL GOVERNMENT (HOUSEHOLD CHARGE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2013 I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4, 5, 6, 13, 14 and 16 of the Local Government (Household Charge) Act 2011, hereby make the following regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Household Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. Interpretation 2. (1) In these Regulations— “Act” means the Local Government (Household Charge) Act 2011; “Principal Regulations” means the Local Government (Household Charge) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 1 of 2012) as amended by the Local Government (Household Charge) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 273 of 2013); 3. The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 21 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations:— Citation. 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Urban Areas) Regulations 2015. (2) These Regulations and the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2013 may be cited together as the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 2015. Prescription of Urban Areas 2. The areas in the administrative counties of Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow listed in Column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations, located in the Electoral Divisions and Local Electoral Areas listed in Columns 3 and 4 of the said Schedule, opposite the mention of the relevant administrative county in Column 1 of the said Schedule are hereby prescribed to be urban areas for the purposes of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990.
