We understand that the transition to a new school can be difficult for both students and parents, so we have an excellent programme in place to support you and your child to make this as smooth as possible. Transition Week is a key event for all new students. This booklet contains the information that you need to know to support your child at this important time. Transition Week is designed for all students to get to know their new classmates and feel confident in their new environment. Students will take part in a selection of lessons to enable them to familiarise themselves with daily life at Cantell. As secondary school can feel daunting to some students, we also aim to ensure that all students understand the Cantell community, and our way of working. In particular, the Class of 2024 will be introduced to our Cantell Cs, the values which underpin everything we do.
